Variator tuning kit BGM PRO Due to the stricter regulations on emission limits vehicle manufacturers often need to reduce the power of their vehicles. On the one hand to comply with exhaust emission limits and on the other hand not to exceed noise values. For the 125/150cc H.E. engines Piaggio had to reduce the noise values in the speed ranges which are significant for the homologation of the vehicle. This was achieved by limiting the variator and therefore reducing the speed.

The bgm tuning kit for the genuine variator heps you to get full power over the whole speed range. Thanks to the BGM Pro kit the variator will work with a constant speed and this will provide a significantly better ride performance. For the same speed you'll have to accelerate much less, the engine will be protected and the consumption decreases. Using this kit, the engine will work as conceived by the developers. The BGM PRO SC shock absorber series belong to the finest suspension systems for a scooter. CNC machined, high-tensile aluminium (6061) finished with a corrosion-resistant hard-anodising coating is the basis of the a high-end suspension. The very stable piston rods are extremely finely processed in order to obtain a perfect surface with good sliding properties: this guarantees a sensitive response of the shock absorber as well as a total stability. We have two series of shock absorbers. The SPORT series has an adjustable spring preload. The damping is fix and offers a good comprise between a comfortable and a sporty ride.

In addition to an adjustable spring preload, the COMPETITION series also features an adjustable damping (12 or 16 positions). Rebound and compression damping can be adjusted separately in order to meet even the highest demands.
