Public Health Leadership Training

Public Health Leadership Training (PHLT) is a training aimed to develop the capability and knowledge of medical students who want to become leaders who assist address health issues in the community.

A Public Health Leader is a member who has engaged in SCOPH-organized Public Health Leadership Training, either SCOPH IFMSA or SCOPH CIMSA. It is anticipated that a Public Health Leader will be a leader in their community and assist SCOPH Locals with capacity building.

Public Health Leader Training-Trainer

A Public Health Leader Training-Trainer is a member who has completed the examinations and participated in the PHLT-T Online Course provided by SCOPH IFMSA for roughly six months. In addition to assisting SCOPH Locals with capacity building, they may organize PHLT and establish new PHLs.
