Welcome!
Greetings,
As the intensity of our business continues to increase and it feels like time seems to simply evaporate, it is good to stop and take a pause. Even with years of experience and training, running at top speed all the time can prove detrimental to prolonged high performance. It is wise to take time to calibrate, analyze, refuel and ensure the plan is well formulated to ensure victory season after season, demonstrating sustained results and improvement over the long term. It is in that spirit that we prepare to meet in Dublin. The Samuel Beckett bridge seems an appropriate backdrop for our venue, representing “a symbol of change from the past and readiness for the future. We come together to familiarize ourselves with new team members, collaborate on best practices, celebrate our recent victories, and cast our vision towards our long term prospects: namely continued growth through sustained high performance. Each of us plays a role, providing an essential voice by way of our unique experiences and insights. We look forward to your contributions throughout the week in beautiful Dublin. Best regards,
Justin Schroeder

Fun Facts • The three most famous symbols of Ireland are the green Shamrock, the harp, and the Celtic cross.
• Ireland is a snake-free island. Due to its isolation from the European mainland, Ireland lacks several species common elsewhere in Europe, such as moles, weasels, polecats or roe deer. • Ireland is the only country in the world to have a musical instrument (the harp) as its national symbol. • The submarine was invented in Ireland.
• Halloween was derived from an Irish festival called Samhain. • Ireland has won the Eurovision Song Contest seven times, more than any other country. • Green wasn’t always associated with St. Patrick. In fact, historians say that St. Patrick’s color was light blue. Wearing green came about after during the 1798 Irish Rebellion when the clover became a symbol of Irish nationalism.
Nations and Rugby World Cups
• Ireland was one of the initial 12 European Union nations that began using the Euro currency in 2002. • Boxing is Ireland’s most successful sport at the Olympics. • Ireland ranks sixth worldwide in the average consumption of beer per person. • Ireland’s Patron Saint St. Patrick is not Irish! He was born in Britain. • The Guinness Brewery in St. James Street Dublin has a 9,000 year lease
Weather CLIMATE
The climate of Ireland over all is temperate maritime, modified by the North Atlantic Current. This means mild winters, and cool summers. It is consistently humid and overcast about half the time.
SUN
The warmest months, July and August, get about 18 hours of daylight and it gets dark only after 11pm. Hence the well-worn phrase in Ireland: “sure there’s a grand stretch in the evenings”.

Situated in Glencullen on top of the Dublin mountains, Johnnie Fox’s is one of Ireland’s oldest and most famous traditional Irish pubs - they are also famed as the highest pub in the country.
The “Johnnie Fox’s Hooley Experience” is famous throughout Ireland and abroad for its originality and unique atmosphere that cannot be found anywhere else. After a four-course meal where we will savour various local dishes we will be treated to a live Irish music session where top acts play Irish music, ranging from traditional and folk to ballads and sing along music. The music session is followed by the Johnnie Fox’s famous Irish dancers, who provide a spectacular performance. Their show has been choreographed by Joey Comerford and has been described as one of the best ‘Cultural Shows’ in the country. Finally, the entire evening comes to an end with another live music session before our carriages take us back to the hotel to rest our vocal chords and dancing feet.
GHOSTBUS TOUR CLINICAL EVENT

We will visit the medieval vault in Dublin Castle, the eerie urban graveyard, and discover Dracula’s Dublin origins while enjoying a spine-tingling live performance on the world’s first ghostbus.
ESCAPE ROOM OPS EVENT
The Ops team will be locked up in a mysterious room, and given exactly 60 minutes to get out. As the largest cathedral and one of the most important pilgrimage sites in Ireland, Saint Patrick’s has been at the center of Dublin and Ireland’s history and culture for over 800 years.
The first pedestrian bridge to cross the Liffey, it was a welcome relief for Dubliners accustomed to vying with horse, carriage and cart. World renowned as the Ha’penny Bridge, the name references a toll charged to any Dubliner willing to pay a ha’penny, the exact price of the then redundant ferry which previously hauled passengers across the river.
