And from the moment you move in to your new Scotia Home, our customer care team will be happy to answer any queries and will be responsible for making arrangements to remedy warranted defects in your property. Your dedicated customer care coordinator will be on hand to guide you through your first few months and years in your new home, to help you settle in and ensure your home is exactly as it should be. You will be provided with all of the information that you need, from appliance manuals to maintenance instructions and contact details for out of hour’s services.
