Kilbourn Town at BMO Harris Bradley Center 05102013

The BMO HARRIS KILBOURN TOWN ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX will consist of two levels of below ground parking (Providing Approx. 640 spaces),18 foot high first and second floor levels: N. 6 th St side will house spaces for conventions, retail, bar, luxury shopping, offices, meetings, and lectures. The N. 5 th St side will consist of spaces for a sports memorabilia shop, concierge, tourist shops, tourist hub, sports bar, café, and retail. The upper levels will contain a hotel, The Ristorante Giaguaro on the eleventh floor , outdoorterraces, café, luxury goods shops, library, concierge, law office, business offices, and a roof top garden.

This is some student-level work that I did while still attending Madison College in Madison, WI. My intention is to take this soft-clay stage of development, and work it into something that might be worthy of including in my portfolio. Stay tuned for updates.
