private retreat for a single family residence in Austin, Texas, this project unifies the existing kitchen & pool spaces while also addressing heavy privacy, texure and the environment to create a year round multi-use space that allows the owner to fully utilize the space in different ways as the seasons change throughout the year.

renovation of a mid 1990’s suburban home, this project was a phased re-model aimed at re-imagining how the house serves the realities of life in the digital age. The existing fire place surround and tv niche were re-crafted into a textured, cohesive and integrated modern hearth. Similarly, the old formal dining room was converted into a custom library & office to help the clients utilize the full square footage of the house on a much more regular basis. n estimated $20 million ultra-high end luxury retail development in front of the Houston Galleria, The Collection At Post Oak was designed to provide a new home for the elite names in fashion & style and be the cultural nexus of an international retail mecca. Featuring a signature aesthetic, the center is designed to recapture the pedestrian shopping experince and is linked to the Houston Galleria via a 30’ wide pedestirian promenade along Post Oak Boulevard.

A

design study for a 300,000 sf office tower in Houston, Texas this project takes cues from the site geometry, allowing it to present a bold, sleek design that maximizes floor space and presents striking views to tenants at all floors. Featuring an integrated 8 level parking garage and 6 unique floor plates, this project is intended to present a strong corner and co-anchor the site with a proposed luxury hotel along one of the most recognizable streets in Houston, Texas. Luxury residential living

for a new era of prosperity in Houston, this project aims to bring 91 premier residential units and associated amenties to market at the corner of Post Oak and Uptown Park in Houston with an aggressive style that proudly takes its place amongst an ever impressive and expanding Uptown skyline. Previous design efforts from the 800 Post Oak design study convinced a developer to embark on this project which integrates 12,000 sq ft of retail at the base level with a bold design statement that gives it a powerful presence and allows gracious views of Downtown Houston for most units. A successful blend of style, grace and economics, this design projects proudly towards the prosperous future of Houston and it’s residents. All renderings created by Scott Campbell. A commercial mixed use

project in Austin, Texas, Arbor Town Square features 2 buildings totalling approximately 34,000 s.f. GLA. The client’s original project design was rejected by the market, having failed to secure any lease agreements at the completion of construction document phase. After the implementation of new design scheme (shown), tenant agreements turned around within 5 days on the market. Project is slated to open in Q3 of 2014 with an Austin Energy Green Building Program rating.

A design study for twin

residential towers near Greenway Plaza in Houston, this project features a highly integrated garage, tower and amenity plan that seeks to maximize both site potential and capture a unique element of space and luxury for the local market. Anchored by a large amenity deck inspired by the ritual ethic of Roman baths and formal gardens, these towers stack in blocks of 5 floors with recessed balconies that create a sleek facade composition that offers the project a distinct visual identity.
