Based on the activity of previous legislative sessions, it is also anticipated that additional bills that impact the multifamily housing industry will be filed prior to the bill filing deadline in February 2022. As always, TNAA will work to serve and promote the interests of the Tennessee rental housing industry through policy advocacy, stakeholder collaboration, and member communication, and will continue to be a voice for landlords throughout the state.
