Annual Assessments Due January 1st

Invoices will be mailed to all residents of Scottsdale Ranch in mid-December to remind you that the 2022 Annual assessment of $395.00 is due January 1st. If you do not receive an invoice, or if your mailing address has changed, please contact our Bookkeeper, Ricki Stamos at (480) 860-1259, ext. 14 or by email at rstamos@scottsdaleranch.org.

It should be noted that it is the date that the bank receives the payment check that determines whether or not a late fee is applied, so please be sure to promptly mail your payment. Any assessment deemed delinquent will be subject to a 10% late fee and will accrue interest at a rate of 12% per annum.

We utilize a lock box payment processing service provided by our bank to help simplify this process and further secure all payments.

IF YOU UTILIZE AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS THROUGH YOUR BANK, IT IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO CONTACT YOUR BANK AND NOTIFY THEM OF THE NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER TO PRINT ON YOUR PAYMENT CHECK.

To ensure accurate credit to your account, it is very important to include the tear off coupon at the bottom of the invoice. Coupons MUST be mailed to the bank (not SRCA) in the envelope provided along with your remittance to the address printed on the coupon to ensure timely posting of your payment. PLEASE

BE SURE TO WRITE YOUR NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER ON YOUR CHECK.

Again, if you are paying using automatic check payments through your bank, please be sure to confirm that your SRCA account number is correct. If the account number is not correct, this could lead to your payment being posted to the wrong account or delay your payment which could cause you to incur a late fee.

Alternatives to mailing a check include a convenient service of an automatic debit from your checking or savings account. The preauthorized electronic assessment payment form is available on our website at www.scottsdaleranch.org under Resident Resources/SRCA Documents and Forms/Assessments or you can stop by our administrative office to complete this form. A voided check is needed to complete this process. Our office must receive this form by December 17, 2021 in order to process the 2022 assessment in January.

You can also visit our bank’s website at https://propertypay.cit. com/ where you can pay using an eCheck (no charge) or credit card (fee). You must have your invoice available if you choose to use this method to ensure that your payment is credited to the correct property.
