Lake Serena Activities

Kayaks, the paddleboat and canoe are available for use.

These activities are free of charge: 2 x Single Kayaks 2 x Double Kayaks 1 x Paddle Boat 1 x Canoe

Reservations are required. The further in advance you make a reservation, the better chances your requested date will be available. A rental agreement form must be submitted along with a copy of your homeowner’s insurance declaration page.

At this time the SRCA Pontoon Boat is NOT available for rides. This is to ensure we keep staff and residents safe by following the CDC and social distancing guidelines. The use of any above are at your own risk. Please check the SRCA website and weekly email blasts for updates.

SRCA Homeowner Portal and Board Election

The SRCA annual homeowners meeting and board election is just around the corner being held April 15, 2021. We encourage all homeowners to participate in the HOA election process.

This year will be a little different with the roll out of a homeowner portal and mobile phone app. Watch your mail for full information on how to register for the portal and mobile app that will be sent to all homeowners.

The homeowner portal has an additional benefit as registered user will be able to vote electronically in the annual election just like previous years but using the portal. The electronic voting process through the portal will remain an easy process and very similar to the previous process with candidate biographies available to review before you vote.

If electronic voting is not an option for you or you prefer to vote with a mail-in ballot that option will still be available.

Comprehensive information regarding the options to vote will be mailed to each homeowner the 2nd week in March. Please take the opportunity to participate in the governance of your community!!
