We have obtained all the information and explanations we consider necessary for the purposes of our audit. In our opinion proper books of account have been kept by the company. The financial statements are in agreement with the books of account.

In our opinion the information given in the directors report on pages 3 to 3 is consistent with the financial statements.

The companyis limited byGuarantee and does not have issued Share Capital, accordinglythe provisions of Section 40 (1) of the Companies ( Amendment) Act 1983 does not apply.
