How To Read This Storyline
N
Preface
The most important role of a Storyline is to give focus to an idea and to the human energy that is going to drive a vision. It enables everyone concerned with a complex, long-term project to more clearly see and interpret the vision for the enormous undertaking that lies ahead of them. It is both a compelling vision of the future and a navigational aid for getting there. This Storyline is an expression of the ideas and ideals of those people whose life’s work, for the past ten years and continuing over the next five to ten years, has been to realize the vision of Silvertip. The story of Silvertip will continue to be told in every decision they make, every choice they take, every piece of the puzzle they put into place. It has one other vital purpose, and that is to help others identify themselves in Silvertip’s vision. Note to reader: this Storyline was created to guide the masterplanning, design and development of Silvertip. The Storyline is intended to convey a sense of what the visitor experience will feel like upon completion of the project. While the quality of that experience will, we hope, stay true to this vision, specific details of the development will undoubtedly change as the concept continues to evolve.

The Lay of the Land ! 1
n
This is the latest chapter in the eons-old chronicle of a place on the sunny side of the Bow Valley, in a mountain wilderness setting between Calgary and Banff. It is a story that is rooted deeply in nature and in natural history. The story gained focus in the 19th century with the creation of a transcontinental railway and now, at the beginning of the 21st century, has become more relevant because of society’s gradual recognition of the vital part wilderness plays in civilization. It is a place, priceless in and of itself, which has become all the more treasured for its proximity to the globally revered National Park next door. It is a story that rises from the highway to the heights and treats mountain goats and madcap golfers with equal respect. It is the story of a year-round gateway to the Rockies, of a jewel of a village next to the wilderness, and of access to the inaccessible. There is no place quite like Silvertip and there will never be another.

This is the Story of Silvertip Silvertip will offer Old World sophistication in a New World setting, with a vibrant village and spectacular golf course in the heart of one of the world’s great wild landscapes. Over the next ten years, Silvertip will grow along with the uniqueness and the relevance of its geography. At the very meeting place of the Canadian Prairies and the Rocky Mountains, Silvertip will serve the millions of travellers who make the journey to and from the National Parks each year. Its base area at the Trans-Canada Highway will not only meet the needs of travellers, it will also provide a portal to the upper resort. Its main village, further up the mountain, will attract visitors seeking elegance within a wilderness setting: Michelin-class dining, sumptuous accommodations, Alpine-style superb amenities and Service Beyond™. The Silvertip Guiding Program will unlock the secrets of the Rockies, offering unprecedented access, not only to the natural wonders of the wilderness within which Silvertip itself is nestled, but also to experiences further afield – from spectacular skiing on a half-dozen different mountains in the winter to some of the world’s best fly fishing in the warmer seasons. Twelve months a year, corporations and organizations will come to Silvertip’s conference and learning centre to strengthen their teams, build their skills and chart their futures. During the summer months, world-renowned performers will entertain visitors in an outdoor mountainside amphitheatre and from stages in the heart of the Village. Indeed, it takes four seasons to get to truly know all the charms of Silvertip.
A few fortunate families will own homes here, realizing their life-long dream of living year-round or by the season in a place that offers Old World sophistication in a New World, Rocky Mountain setting. Others will find within Silvertip’s lodges, spas and club facilities the pied-a-terre they require in their globe-spanning lifestyle. And some, inspired by the natural beauty that surrounds them, will work in the secondfloor studios, lofts and offices of the Village. Silvertip will continue to attract golfers to its unbelievably scenic mountain course and to the clubhouse, restaurants, guest cabins and pavilion that have grown up around its 1st tee and 18th green. Montagna, a five-star lodge is another of those amenities, as is The Refuge, one of Canada’s most refined spas and wellness centres. From the Village, adventurers can ascend toward the peak of Mount Lady MacDonald, where eagles riding thermals from the valley remind us that we are on top of the world. Here is where nature becomes personal, where people become whole, where sophistication goes wild. Here, on the perimeter of some of the largest and most beautiful wilderness on the planet, Silvertip stands on the edge of forever.

Silvertip Resort is as distinct from other Rocky Mountain destinations as the Silvertip grizzly from other bears. Silvertips have tiny snippets of white in their coat that reflect the sun’s rays, just as silver does. Silvertip Resort also redirects the glories of nature into the life of man: a trophy site, adjacent to a vast Rocky Mountain wilderness, a hillside on the sunny side that offers freehold title of land at the edge of the vast wilderness of the National Park system. Add to that an intimate, sophisticated village, a breathtaking golf experience, and a gateway experience along the highway, and you have a resort that is distinctive... right to its tips.

The Silvertip Vision N Chapter ONE It starts with a love of the land – 600 pristine acres just to the east of Banff National Park in Canmore, Alberta. It continues with a passion for creating homes for people amid nature’s grandeur. And it encompasses audacious ideas for the future of living in the Rockies.

Vision Keeper Guy J. Turcotte oil and gas luminary, is determined to make Silvertip Canada’s pride. Born in Wainwright, Alberta, Guy J. Turcotte graduated from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in 1972 with a diploma in Gas Technology (honours). He studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Tulsa, and earned an MBA at the University of Alberta. In 2001, in recognition of his extraordinary achievements in the oil and gas industry, he was inducted into the Engineering and Natural Sciences Hall of Fame at his Tulsa alma mater. His long and successful career in the oil and gas industry includes his founding of Chauvco Resources Ltd. in Calgary in 1981. The $2 million of public capital that was originally invested had become $1.3 billion by the time the company was sold in 1997. Guy was founder and chairman of both Western Oil Sands Inc. and Fort Chicago Energy Partners L.P. with market capitalizations of $4.5 billion and $1.7 billion. But Guy’s interests are not confined to what lies beneath the earth. He holds a lifelong love of nature and in particular the Canadian Rockies. In the late 1990s, it was this love that led him and three partners to acquire 600 acres of pristine Rocky Mountain wilderness just to the east of Banff National Park in Canmore, Alberta, and to reserve 200 of those acres as wildlife corridors in perpetuity. This was the genesis of Silvertip Resort, named for the Silvertip Grizzly. Later, the group also acquired Eagle Ranch in Invermere, British Columbia. In 1993, inspired by an ancient creek bed on the slope of Silvertip, the company that holds both of these resorts became known as Stone Creek Properties. Today, Guy Turcotte is Chairman, President and CEO, and majority investor of Stone Creek Properties Inc. His overriding concern is to ensure that every action taken at Silvertip is in harmony with and inspired by the land itself. From highway to village to pinnacle, the resort, by nature and design, awes those who have had the opportunity, as he has, to see the very best the earth can offer.

“We deeply need the humility to know ourselves as the dependent members of a great community of life, and this can indeed be one of the spiritual benefits of a wilderness experience. Without the gadgets, the inventions, the contrivances whereby men have seemed to establish among themselves an independence of nature, without these distractions, to know the wilderness is to know a profound humility, to recognize one’s littleness, to sense dependence and interdependence, indebtedness, and responsibility. Howard Zahniser

The Need for Wilderness Areas
A Gathering Place Stoney Indians, nation-builders and outfitters...the land surrounding Silvertip, midway between mountain and plain, has long been a meeting place for the adventurous and the brave. Where Silvertip now stands was originally home to the stables of the legendary Johnny Boychuck, who gave countless youngsters a taste of outfitting. Even a quick glance through Bow Valley history reveals an unmistakable theme that has shaped the creation of Silvertip, and will continue to do so. This area has always been a meeting place for the adventurous and the brave, a midway point between people of the plains and people from the mountains. The Nakoda (Stoney) Indians, and perhaps their ancestors, used this area as a gathering place. From the flats in what is now known as the Bow Valley, and into the alpine, the Nakoda hunted and trapped by following the seasonal migration habits of bighorn sheep, elk and deer. In the mountains they camped on the shores of the Vermillion Lakes and enjoyed the steaming hot springs. On the plains they followed the bison and fished the rivers. Here in the Bow Valley corridor the mountain peoples and the plains peoples would mingle and trade. In the late 1880s, Canada hatched a dream to tie the continent with bands of steel. William Cornelius Van
Horne, chief of the Canada Pacific Railway, oversaw that monumental task. In the fall of 1883, three of his construction workers stumbled across a cave containing hot springs on the eastern slopes of the Rockies. From that humble beginning was born Banff National Park, Canada’s first national park, now a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the premier destinations on earth. The community of Canmore was established in that same year, named in honour of Malcolm of Canmore, the King of Scotland from 1057 to 1093. Canmore began with the discovery of coal, essential to the railroad, and its roots today are still close to the earth. While Banff was being developed as a wilderness paradise for the affluent, Canmore built a community around workers and families. At the time the boundary lines for Banff National Park were redrawn in 1930, leaving Canmore technically on the fringe rather than in the thick of things, the town had already been forging its own identity for decades. Silvertip, itself on the edge of Canmore and the national park, represents a meeting place between the down-to-earth and the lofty perches: here, one can put down roots, on the edge of forever.

The Differentiators N Chapter TWO Certain attributes make a particular site a treasure unlike others. Unique qualities differentiate some resorts, elevating them to the extraordinary. The four characteristics that follow allow Silvertip to stand apart in a world of resort choices, not only in the Rockies, but in the world.

An Irreplaceable Location Just an hour-and-a-quarter’s journey by car from the international airport of the Olympic City of Calgary, Alberta, Silvertip stands at the edge of an immense, untouched wilderness reserve. For those who live their lives in the city, it is one of the rarest tracts of land imaginable on which to create a family sanctuary – privately-held property just minutes away from Banff, Canada’s oldest and most revered National Park. Silvertip’s 600 acres of peaks, grasslands and valleys are perched on the benchlands of Mount Lady MacDonald, and drenched in warmth and sunshine: it is the only resort in the entire region on the south-facing side of the mountains. Silvertip’s southern exposure means that hikes through the lodgepole pines extend into the early evening, when a whole new breed of life is beginning to stir deep within untouched pockets of forest. The long rays of sunshine will also warm those gathered in the plazas, decks, terraces and outdoor cafés of the Village.

Access To The Inaccessible Silvertip’s unique Guiding Program will open doors to more than 300 extraordinary wilderness adventures throughout the region, from back-trail hiking and howling dog tours to ice climbing and hot air balloon rides. There are Blue Ribbon chefs to accompany you on a fly fishing trip, a naturalist to guide you across the mountaintop, or a National Geographic photojournalist to teach you the art of wildlife photography.

A Jewel of a Village Set like a diamond on green felt is the Village, amidst the evergreens and aspens of a benchland on the side of the mountain. This exquisite Village with distinctive, timeless architecture, inspired by the traditional hill towns of the Alps, appeals to four distinct categories of people – year-round and seasonal residents, lodging guests of Silvertip (both conference-goers and destination travellers), people who work in the second-floor studios and lofts of the Village, and day-visitors from Canmore, Calgary and nearby resorts, like Banff. Here they find intimate, one-of-a-kind shops, galleries and restaurants, the Village’s fine lodges and spas, and The Conference and Learning Centre of The Rockies. With wildlife corridors, glades of trees and patches of wildflowers penetrating the village and the golf course, those who live and learn, work and play here are truly “at one” with nature, yet they compromise nothing in the way of comfort or luxury.

Service Beyond The generally accepted standard around the world for luxurious service is “Five-Star”. But Silvertip service is characterized as “Service Beyond™ ”. Think of it as “silver service...in hiking boots”. Service Beyond epitomizes a particular kind of pioneering spirit...that of the original European guides and explorers in The Rockies, who injected an Old World graciousness into the very edge of civilization. It’s an appreciation of life, a quality of life, that feels just right in The Rockies.

The golf course was the first built expression of the vision of the resort and it is still a must-visit, must-play. Here you play amidst 360-degree views, and feel like you can reach out with a golf-gloved hand and touch The Canadian Rockies. Here, at almost every tee, you will feel inspired, if not compelled, to reach for the digital camera in the pocket of your golf bag. It’s no wonder that Silvertip is regarded as one of the most versatile and visually stunning “must-play” mountain courses in the world. “Every time I play this course, it’s a different experience,” says PGA Pro Stephen Ames. “At various times of day, different views reveal themselves. Different times of the year present their own challenges. And there’s always another deer to admire.” Les Furber, master designer of golf courses worldwide, including 50 in Canada, is the talent behind Silvertip’s breathtaking golfing experience. And he’ll be the first to tell you that appearances might be deceiving: despite the 600 feet of elevation change and the mind-boggling championship tees slope rating of 153, this par-72 course can be played by people of widely different skill levels. Depending on tee placement, a golfer can play a course from 5,100 to 7,200 yards in length, a range that allows both scratch golfers and recreational players to enjoy the Silvertip course and hone their skills.

Think Globally, Cook Locally Fresh, local ingredients meet the inspiration of European, Latin and Asian cuisines. Sumptuous snacks are only the beginning. Dining at Silvertip, whether at Rustica, Stoney’s or the dozen or so great restaurants in the Village, is itself enough to draw guests from another continent. The guiding principle for food and beverage throughout the resort is what has become known as Wilderness Fusion. This, at its most basic, is internationally rooted cuisine applied to regional and organic foods with a wilderness twist. Dishes that were born in France, Japan, Shanghai and Havana are re-invented here with the influence of The Canadian Rockies and fresh local ingredients such as organic dry-aged beef, bison, elk, whitefish, cutthroat trout, mountain mushrooms, heirloom grains, nettles, spruce shoots and Saskatoon berries. Meals such as these are accompanied by wines from The Cave, Canada’s largest and most globalized wine cellar. Here are vintages from 200 wine-producing regions around the world, with vintages spanning three generations.
The Refuge: treatments, fitness, pampering A spa experience that makes the world go away and offers the planet’s best care. At the far end of the Village, serving as its northeast anchor, is Chanterelle, a deluxe hotel and site of the destination Refuge Spa, some 20,000 square feet of beauty, well-being and life extension. Facilities include a major fitness facility complete with highand low-impact equipment, Pilates reformers, current pool, massage, steam, sauna, aromatherapy, mineral baths and hydrotherapy rooms, exercise, yoga and Aikido space, and meditation rooms. The Refuge also has small treatment facilities in various wilderness settings throughout the resort including a sparkling, spring-fed waterfall in a remote stand of Douglas firs. Sophisticated dry-land training facilities are dedicated to golfing, high-tempo hiking, cycling, rock climbing and skiing; the spa’s renowned nutritional programs can be supported during your stay by the resort’s many fine chefs.

To ensure that all design decisions remain true to the vision of Silvertip as both a meeting ground and a playground, five guidelines will be our code:
N 1
Preserve the natural environment.
2 Establish a harmony between the natural and the man-made.
3 Create the highest possible quality of life for all residents and guests.
4 Ensure consistency in the design integrity and the quality of the built form throughout the resort.
5 Protect and maximize the investment residents have made in Silvertip. !  48  1
! 49 1
The Natural Style of Silvertip The sensibility and beauty of traditional European hill towns is everywhere. Silvertip is built in personal dimensions, with a village designed primarily for pedestrians, who can explore its narrow streets, stroll and shop in an intimate, old-world atmosphere rich in textures, colours and sounds. And from everywhere, stunning natural vistas beckon. The architectural language of Silvertip builds on the sensibility and beauty of traditional European hill towns, the same that inspired the great château-hotels of the Canadian Rockies. To define its village architecture, Silvertip has once again looked to those mountain towns, which were the first to “get it right”. Silvertip is inspired internationally but grown locally through indigenous materials, regional climate, architectural heritage and, above all, a respect for the landscape. A visual sweep across the resort reveals similar lines in both built form and vista – first in the pleasingly up and down contours of the mountain peaks, and then in the sloped and varied roof lines of the lodges, bell-towers and facilities that mimic their mountain backdrop. Within the Village of Silvertip, life has an intimacy and character that is rare, if not absent, in most North American mountain resort villages, but which is still seen in a number of charming European villages that have grown over centuries before the advent of the automobile. Three linked factors contribute to this unique character. FIRST is that the Village is
designed primarily for pedestrians and only secondarily (and on the periphery) for automobiles. SECOND is that Silvertip is truly surrounded by wilderness and its planning and design consciously frames human experience in the Village centre with the call of wilderness beyond. THIRD is the fact that at Silvertip, skiing takes place nearby (on other mountains), rather than from this village, which means the place is built in personal dimensions, not the inflated scales required of vehicles (or masses of day-skiers). Silvertip is especially European in this key way: its streets are narrow and human-scaled. From these streets, one can look into the lanes, courtyards, loggias, setbacks, arcades and inset entranceways which pierce the walls of the streetscape and add their own charm and architectural spirit to the experience of the Village. Strolling and shopping is an intimate, old-world feeling rich in textures, colours and sounds. Diners at outdoor cafÊs sit at eye-level to pedestrians; some corners are alive with several such outdoor eateries, other areas are quieter, more romantic, inviting a tranquil stroll. Any turn might reveal a charming stairway, an enticing passage, a pocket mews, an opening plaza or a rising steeple. While the Village bustles with activity day and night, one never tires of exploring its streets or breathing in its essence, a heady mix of fresh air‌and fresh croissants. There is a comforting sense here of life at its simplest and most satisfying. For most of us, though, the resonances with European villages do not so much fool us into believing we are in Tuscany as they serve to make us aware of where we really are. From any part of the Village there are view corridors, sight lines, pathways and trails that encourage you to take just one step towards the resort’s stunning vista.

The View From 2015 N Chapter FIVE The experiences of Silvertip’s three altitudes will be as varied as they are unforgettable. The Gateway will welcome a stream of guests from the Trans Canada highway; the Village will be abuzz with shoppers and strollers; and the Pinnacle, at the top of Mount Lady MacDonald, will show the adventurous a rare and wild beauty.

Three Altitudes, Three Attitudes Silvertip’s three “altitudes” – Gateway in the valley, Silvertip Village on the slope and the Pinnacle on the mountain peak – provide the all-important focus that helps different guests find the experiences that most resonate with them.

Gateway Altitude Travellers’ Attitude: The Rockies Begin Here Silvertip’s Gateway Altitude is conveniently located along the highway at the gateway to the Park, and it most directly serves the needs and interests of the traveller. The Gateway is level one of the three-altitude, three-attitude experiences of Silvertip. At this level we find a “Rocky Mountain Discovery Centre” for the region. It serves as a gateway for visitors on their way to the Rockies and, in reverse, a gateway for visitors on their way to Calgary, the rest of Alberta and points east. In collaboration with local, provincial and federal organizations, this centre serves truly as the place where the Rockies begin. The Gateway level is also the primary area for parking for all visitors to all the altitudes of Silvertip, including the numerous tour buses that stop here. But the real soul of this centre is the must-visit Gateway Diner, famed for its all-day wilderness breakfasts, its picnic fare, and its AAA Alberta Beef Burgers and Taber Tater Fries. These signature dishes are so appealing that they become family traditions and word-of-mouth testimonials from traveller to traveller. In part because of the popularity of the diner, Silvertip Mercantile, the gift shop, draws a steady stream of tourists. A gas station makes the stop even more convenient for travellers. Here, too, one finds Silvertip’s Equestrian Centre, the first stop en route to a mountain pack-trip adventure. Here, as well, is the site of employee housing for all of Silvertip, ensuring that the entire resort hums around the year with the energy of young, energetic and enthusiastic people who are able to afford to live close to their work.
PINNACLE ALTITUDE Adventurers’ Attitude: Access to the Inaccessible
2
VILLAGE ALTITUDE Community Attitude:
The Jewel in the Wilderness The Village Altitude of Silvertip is a relatively compact but energetic village retreat, playground and base camp on a benchland on Mount Lady MacDonald, approximately 100 metres above Silvertip’s Gateway. Silvertip Village brings the vernacular of the Old World to the environment of the West and creates a distinctive, sophisticated resort community in the midst of unspoiled nature. The Village is a luxurious and sophisticated “urban settlement” in a setting that preserves and celebrates the wilderness. With approximately 1,290 suites for guests, owners and visitors, plus community services for permanent residents, this is the warmest and most cosmopolitan part of Silvertip.
At Silvertip, a small outpost is situated near to the very peak of Lady MacDonald. This is, in many ways, the purest experience of the civilized wilderness retreat that is Silvertip. Here is Rocky Mountain wilderness at its most pristine, yet supported by the attentive and sophisticated services of the Silvertip Guide. Here, as in 1893, the personal services of expert backcountry outfitters and skiers, fly-fishers, guides, nature photographers, and others are available for personal guided adventures into country that even today, few have ever entered.

The Village on the Edge of Forever
Enjoy Old World graciousness on the edge of civilization. Sit in the cool shade of the Piazza and sip a limonata or toss a penny in the water fountain for luck. Watch the people flow by or sketch the patches of colourful wildflowers that dot the village. On a crisp spring day, as you walk into the enchanting alpine Village, take in the timeless architecture: the five-star hotel to your right and charming little boutiques and cafés to your left. Let the majesty of the snow-capped Rockies, ever-present at Silvertip, take your breath away.
The energy of the European-style streets captivates you as you stroll by the shops or relax in an outdoor café. The gentle, meandering walkways invite you to discover the delights that await around each corner.
Arriving at Silvertip’s Village is a feeling of entering into a privileged relationship between nature and humankind. The key elements of the Village experience are Silvertip’s golf course, (with its Timbers™ Clubhouse, Rustica restaurant and massive wine cellar, and Stoney’s Grill), the membersonly Wilderness Club, the five-star inn known as Montagna, the Conference and Learning Centre of the Rockies, the Chanterelle Lodge with its destination Refuge Spa and, at the east end of the Village, a collection of nine small buildings – restaurants, cafés, cookhouses and pubs – that comprise the night-life zone of the resort. Linking these anchors is Riprap Path (riprap is the name of a cobble of stones laid onto a trail in the mountains) that winds through the centre of the Village, connecting shops, galleries, plazas, performance spaces, a mountain stream feeding a small lake and a variety of lodging choices. The Timbers, which opened for Christmas 2005, was the first expression of Silvertip hospitality. The largest timber frame structure built in Canada in over half a century, The Timbers welcomes golfers and opens the vistas of a breathtaking
mountain course to them. The north-facing windows and veranda of The Timbers open onto the 18th green and gaze up its sloped fairway. Housed within The Timbers is Rustica, the resort’s first restaurant, and nearby stands Stoney’s Grill, one of Silvertip’s favourite casual eateries. Close to The Timbers is the one structure that can be said to stand above it. Montagna is one of the most desirable luxury boutique hotels in North America, a 100-suite lodge beautifully cradled in the arms of Mount Lady MacDonald, with views of the Bow Valley below and endless stretches of sky above. This five-star lodge is a masterpiece of man-made craftsmanship next to a naturally created wonder. And both are spectacular. Stroll towards the sun, in the direction of the valley and the Three Sisters, and you approach one of the iconic buildings of the west, the Conference and Learning Centre of the Rockies. Here is a meeting place that not only attracts Fortune 500 companies from around the continent, but that also resonates with the area’s unique history as a site where diverse peoples have gathered for mutual benefit.

In wintertime, the skating pond provides hours of entertainment and fresh air – as well as a fantastic southern view of Three Sisters – for all ages and abilities, participants and spectators alike. Don’t forget to try the Belgian-inspired cocoa topped with handmade marshmallows.
The essential marks of a top-seeded conference resort are all here: facilities for as many as 500 attendees or as few as 25, each group perfectly served with the spaces, the services and the tools they need. There is a network of accommodations, from elegant hotels like Montagna to executive retreat cabins in the woods. There are full state-of-the-art media production capabilities in-house. The Conference and Learning Centre of the Rockies is capable of creating the perfect ‘container’ for growth, inspiration, team building and learning.
the grandeur, but also enveloped in smaller, more intimate experiences. A welcoming arts and crafts presence of linked studios called The Creative Edge is one of many hidden treasures of Silvertip Village. In 2015, the resort is becoming known as the “McMichael Gallery of the West”, with a broad and comprehensive collection of the art of the Rockies – from First Nations to the Group of Seven to the many European artists and photographers from the 19th and 20th centuries who have been inspired by these majestic landscapes.
Adjacent to the Conference and Learning Centre is a 1,000seat outdoor amphitheatre, the clubs in the Village, and the tented Pavilion next to The Timbers. There is also the small, 100-seat theatre in the Rocky Mountain Interpretive Centre (Gateway Altitude), and several thousand festival and concert attendees can make themselves comfortable slope-side on the golf course. Entertainment helps sustain Silvertip four seasons of the year.
For other discoveries, guests follow their noses…and their passions. Here is a fresh bakery, an outfitter, the Newton Organic Farm Store and The Big Hat (cowboy, Outback and guide hats), plus the ideal spot for a tranquil late afternoon of chestnut lattes and a read of The Wall Street Journal at The Den Café. Just steps away is The Provisioner, which is all about the basics. Milk, eggs, butter, cheese, fresh fruit, vegetables, and an array of natural organic foods, including warm date squares and almond-and-honey trail mix, are found here.
