CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS – CONSORTIUM AGREEMENT

Article 6 : Obligations of the partnership

The Coordinator and the Project Partners commit themselves to ensure the proper implementation of the Project and its performance in compliance with the agenda and the deadlines established according to the obligations towards the EACEA.

The Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination, management and implementation of the Project. In addition, the Coordinator shall assume the sole responsibility for the entire Project vis-à-vis the EACEA and shall fulfil all the obligations arising from the related Grant Agreement and its annexes.

Each Project Partner is responsible for carrying out the specific project activities described in the Description of the Action or, where applicable, in an annex to the Consortium Agreement and it commits itself to deliver the expected results.
