The lower section of the tower is parallel to the water’s edge creating a very visible presence. This broad face also becomes the visual focal point, the signature at the end of the diagonal Boulevards leading towards the site. The upper section of the building, rotated 90 degrees from the lower section, is perpendicular to the water’s edge providing for VIEWS North and South along the river FROM EVERY APARTMENT. The exterior enclosure is shaped to give a fluid and dynamic vertical expression to the tower EMULATING THE FLUIDITY OF THE RIVER
