Creating a place of beauty, celebration and understandings. A place to educate one self and celebrate what has been done and what is to come. To create a place where of tolerance and education mix with celebration, honor and the adoration of the beauties of nature.


‌Through ever good building one can see the life of who built them, almost as if the human parts had been imbedded in their construction, as if one could find shreds on people in the building. As a complex organization, an interesting building always has an interesting epic, a story that is embedded in the organization of matter‌

` the linking of the ground and the sky. I have long been interested in the coming together and accepting what happens all around up. Too often is the in between rejected in favor of the more obvious. Not only playing the in between, but the light that happens within it.

Breaking apart the elements of architecture to better study and understand our craft, we are set to design a space for someone who is constantly trying to master their craft. I was inspired by the idea of music for my violin markers work shop, the idea of movement in all forms has long inspired me ; movement of light, spaces through spaces, people through spaces. Like a song I tried to create moments of destination and reward‌ different moods for different melodies. ‌the human mind cannot take in three dimensions all at once, it is a cumulative experience, you gather snap shots, many, many different images from different angles in space‌

To create a boat house to store punting boats, a place of gathering for practice and social events. Pools are designed as a place for the community to come and gather, because our site was so man I wanted to carve and raise the earth, creating different moments along the way.

A series of life experiences, taking a poetic and conceptual take on a project based on the highline park in New York City. Consider urban texture and syntax, volumetric definition and internal program.




A collection of worldly treasures, from natural history, archeology, paintings, architecture, antiques to even human abnormalities. To create a place of curiosities, I created a space that could be a curiosity of itself. With hidden rooms, and passages the witness can explore their way through the museum finding places of varying light, privacy and curiosities.







Everyone has their unique design ideas, this cannot be taught, it can only be nurtured through the exploration of creative thought and process to the practice, and the understanding of why we want to create and why we find the need to design. It is transforming something created by the imagination to something physical. Designers work on the art of changing dreams into reality. Practical designs can affect the way we see things, or give a new prospective. To create thought, emotion, take risk in a way that is simply and sustainable, will help to make our design will be successful.

I started wanting the form to control me, tell me what needed to be done to it. The use of zip ties as a tool, could allowed me a level of control, while allowing whatever is to be held freedo to move to create its own form.
