Mr. Gada started working in the year 1991 for his own retail glass firm which imports glass and glass products. From the very beginning he has known to tread on his own created path instead of conforming to the standards that are set before him. He believes in employing a more proac ve approach by visualizing upcoming problems and doing an advance planning. It is his nature that allows him to aim for the impossible and rigorously work towards making it possible.

His qualifica on includes a Family Management Business Administra on from NMIMS and has s e r v e d i n t h e infrastructure industry for the past fi een years. His extraordinary skills of liasoning and customer rela onship have established for the company long term loyalists. He specializes in the overall marke ng func ons and is entrusted with addi onal responsibili es of corporate HR and banking ac vi es.

Mr. Mitesh joined the family business in the year 1991 and has played a predominant role in the success of Encasaa and invented new pa erns in the industry. His innova ve a p p r o a c h a n d conceptualizing and execu on is commendable and unparalleled. His responsibili es include export ac vi es, decora ve division, sales m a r k e n g a n d development. Moreover, he is seen to manage the c o r p o rate I T d i v i s i o n exceedingly well and quite responsibly.

As the director of the company, he looks a er the func oning of the retail sales of the company. Since the very beginning, M r. G a d a h a s b e e n associated with the Glass business and the Glass industry. By appoin ng and tying up with reputed glass dealers and fabricators, he has helped develop the retail network for Sejal. Through the years he has been instrumental in increasing the sales of value added product of the company.
