These changes are quite visible with the expansion of the workshops, building of new classrooms, multi-purpose hall, audiovisual room, refurbishing of the computer lab, installation of interactive Panasonic board and new machines in the workshops, investment in the upgrading of staff, increase in the number of students, etc. The philosophy of the institution is obtained from the aims and objectives of Don Bosco Technical Education as contained in the National Policy on Education with special reference to: 路 Development of Basic Skills 路 Providing more scientific knowledge and versatility which will allow skill workers to adapt themselves rapidly to new methods, ideas and innovations. 路 Calculating the recognition of dignity of labour and its importance in modern production. 路 Assisting students to lay a solid foundation for personal development until their potentials can be realized to the fullest. In summary, the college, a co-educational institution provides avenue for male and female students to engage in academic, vocational and extra-curricular activities and in developing their personalities to fullest in an atmosphere where young boys and girls can grow individually; academically and professionally through dignity of labour, sacrifice, and self determination.
