Ideal for those thinking of purchasing a video camera or are keen to start using their own, but do not know where to start. Learn the basics of camcorder techniques and editing. Please bring a video camera/camcorder (and plugs/wires/ accessories) with you if you have one, however, this is not essential. EASTBOURNE CAMPUS Cross Levels Way, Eastbourne BN21 2UF BY BUS Stagecoach buses run frequent services to the campus serving the neighbouring hospital and the college. There are a number of routes that travel along King’s Drive to the rear of the College. The ‘Loop’ service is recommended as this service runs in both directions around the perimeter of the town. Timetables and information on the Stagecoach website. Routes 12 and 12A are run by Brighton and Hove buses. They also provide Bus IDs that give students discounts on bus travel. Visit the Brighton and Hove buses website for timetables. BY TRAIN Hampden Park Station is located to the north east of the College. It is approximately 15 minutes walk from the station to the College, walking through the adjacent residential estate, passing Sainsbury’s and the David Lloyd Leisure Centre. Turn right along the footpath serving Cross Levels Way. The College is approximately 300 metres from the roundabout.
NEWHAVEN CAMPUS Denton Island, Newhaven, East Sussex BN9 9BN BY BUS Routes 12 and 12a serve the area, as well as the 12C, 13X, 14, 14C, 116 and N9. Visit the Brighton and Hove buses website for more information and timetables. BY TRAIN Newhaven Town station is an five mintue walk away from the campus via the A259. Visit the National Rail website for more information and timetables. BY CAR There is free parking within easy walking distance from the campus. As part of our commitment to the environment, we strongly recommend that students and visitors travel by public transport, by bicycle or on foot. A covered bike shelter is available for visitors and students. We also have disabled access to the building.
