Walk in the footsteps of monks at Priory Park in Lewes and learn how they used herbs for cooking, cleaning and as medicines. Sample tea made from herbs and make your own herb sachets. We will spend an hour in the herb garden and then return to the college for herb-related activities. Priory Park is a ten-minute level walk from the college. The park is accessible to visitors in wheelchairs and there are also benches.

The College offers a number of foundation degree and BA ‘ top-up’ courses which enable you to study locally and at the same time achieve a University of Brighton validated degree. A foundation degree is the first two years of a traditional honours degree with the option of either qualifying and moving into employment or studying for an additional ‘top-up’ year and converting this into a full BA or BSc either at SDC or at another HE institution.
