East Sussex College (ESC) Apprenticeships can match an apprentice to your business, someone who is trained on the job, learns the industry, and grows with your business. An apprentice could also be an existing employee who is looking to upskill and add new qualifications to their repertoire. Alternatively, you may be thinking about an apprenticeship to advance your own career or have a young person at home who is considering their next steps following their GCSEs. ESC works collaboratively with employers such as the Powdermills Hotel, to deliver the job training and qualifications that apprentices need to complete their learning programme.
“ I decided to become an apprentice as it was a good way for me to kickstart my life and get started. Being an apprentice has given me better knowledge and skills.”
