The Red Fox Room was an old inn in Surrey, England and dates from around 1560. The three original rooms, slightly different in design, have been combined to form a spacious "tap room." The bar, back bar and the trim around the doors with
the interesting small-carved figures come from Charles of London. The Tudor paneling and the fireplace with its finely carved mantel bear the date of 1642. Yoga Studio Pilgrimage of the Heart Pilgrimage of the Heart Yoga began as a small gift boutique store in 1999. My inspiration was to create a business that could spread spiritual energy and be a viable business. I told my teacher, Sri Chinmoy (1931-2007), about the business idea and he offered the name: The Pilgrimage of the Heart. Sean O’Shea, who was my main yoga advisor and yoga teacher, gave advice on the studio format and taught me privately for 14 months prior to his untimely passing.
