Essential D An Absorbable Sunshine Vitamin for Life!
A choice supplement that supports immunity and so much more…
You may be surprised to learn that vitamin D deficiency is the most common medical condition worldwide. An estimated one billion people in the world have vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency. In recent years, we learned how vital this essential nutrient is for our body and why supplementing is also important.
Vitamin D Helps to Support:
• Immune system health
• Healthy bones & bone density
• Muscle health
Vitamin D deficiencies are common because of lifestyle choices we make. If you find you are indoors more than outside enjoying the sunshine, then your body will not get the rays it needs in order to make vitamin D. Also, applying sunblock is more common to prevent burns or overexposure to the sun, but this also blocks the sun’s rays from doing what they are meant to do.
Another reason to prioritize supplementing with vitamin D to your regular regimen is that, as we age, vitamin D3 gets harder to absorb and synthesize. Plus, carrying extra pounds may create vitamin D insufficiency risks. Lastly, keep in mind some prescription medications may also interfere with Vitamin D absorption.
If you experience fatigue, restless sleep, bone aches or pain, weakness in muscles, or are prone to getting sick more often, you may be deficient in vitamin D. Also, those with very dark skin are more at risk of deficiency.
