Spiritual Emotional Develop a relationship with God: Having faith, nurturing your spirituality, and an understanding that there is a greater power will allow that power to have a positive influence in your life. Ask God for His help.

Give and Receive Love: Expression of love and feeling loved reduces stress. By reducing stress, you are not only nurturing your emotional state but also enhancing and strengthening the resilience of your immune system. Be Forgiving: Forgiveness relieves our conscience and is a great way to reduce stress by purging toxic thoughts and feelings. Take the only moment you will ever have which is here and now to forgive.

Practice Gratitude: Being grateful for what you have can help put your experiences into perspective and focus more of your attention on the things that are working in your life. Take this opportunity to make a list of the things you are grateful for.

Develop Acceptance: Accepting what has happened enables you the ability to develop true awareness. There is no choice without awareness of what is happening. Awareness is the key to meaningful change. Once we can accept what has happened, we can make the best choices. Keep in mind that for every problem there is a solution.

Physical

Breathe Deeply: As you breathe in you are bringing fresh oxygen into your body and as you breathe out you are expelling carbon dioxide and other toxins. Stop toxins such as smoking and being around those who do. Drink Water: This will help you stay hydrated and assist in the elimination of waste. Consider spring water rather than filtered or tap.

Sleep Peacefully: While you sleep your immune system is at work, especially during deep sleep. Sleep is one of the best defenses, as it facilitates many healing responses in the body that would not be possible in a conscious state.

Physical Activity: Regular physical exercise is great for your immune system. Get outside and get some sunlight which will also improve your immune system. Talk to your doctor if you are experiencing pain or weakness that is preventing you from participating in daily activity. Eat Nutritiously: Increase nutrient-dense whole foods and reduce processed foods, saturated fats, and sugar. By eating a whole food diet, you will be able to manage a healthy weight which contributes to your overall immunity.
