[New] KEEPING IT LO c AL YOU WERE HERE

Hosted by folk singer, author, and rancher Eliza Blue, Wish You Were Here is a traveling show that celebrates rural life across the Northern Plains through stories and songs.

This month’s episode takes viewers to snowy, scenic St. Peter-on-the-Prairie, a non-profit community center outside Madison, South Dakota. The stone building was erected in 1948 by the St Peter’s Lutheran congregation. Stones were brought to the church through a stone-hauling bee which local farm families transported from their fields.

Eliza will be hosting the JAS Quintet, a five-piece instrumental group that specializes in original jazz music. They will be backing Eliza as well as sharing some of their own winter-themed compositions.
