DonalD Trump? no, Kim’s The worlD’s scariessTT blonDe n bombshell! When Chloe Ferry burst into the Celebrity Big Brother house and started rubbing her privates on a green plastic dog, we braced ourselves for the worst. Little did we know at the time that it wouldn’t be Chloe, but a pearl-wearing pensioner who’d be leaving us slackjawed with her outrageous antics! Enter Kim “You little bitch!” Woodburn, who’s single-handedly saved a fairly standard series of CBB, ensuring it goes down as one of the most explosive in the show’s history. Terrifying and hilarious in equal measure, Kim’s putdowns – our current faves include “Adulterer!” and, obviously, “Chicken-livered shits” – have had us howling with laughter. A monster in Marigolds (excuse the cleaning pun), she’s caused more tears, tantrums and security interventions than the rest of the housemates put together. But while her hourly character assassinations have been hilarious to watch, we have – like many CBB fans – been left wondering whether Kim’s actually OK “upstairs”. Luckily, the man

‘TOM IS ANgry AT NIcOL A – HE’S AfTEr rEvENgE!’ As Nicola struggles in the CBB house, her hubby steps out with a stunning brunette…
T
Tom tried to hide his face as he was snapped with a mystery woman in London last week
om Williams was none too pleased when his wife Nicola McLean got close to his pal Jamie O’Hara, just days after entering the Celebrity Big Brother house. And it didn’t take long for the footie player to get his revenge on her – by stepping out with a stunning mystery woman. As our exclusive pictures show, Tom, 36, was caught heading home in a cab with the gorgeous brunette following a night of partying at central London’s posh STK restaurant. But a pal close to the star insisted last week the pair were part of a larger group and denied Tom was up to no good. “He was just out with some friends having dinner on a Saturday night like everyone else,” the friend explained. “He’s only interested in trying to look after his boys – he’s certainly not wanting any of this negative attention. He doesn’t even know who the girl is, she was just a friend of a friend.” But despite the claims – and the fact Tom appeared angry to be papped outside the celeb-friendly hotspot – psychologist Jo Hemmings thinks his actions appear to be deliberately designed to hurt Nicola, and cause maximum damage to their already He wasn’t wearing fragile marriage. his wedding ring

Nicola has been getting close to Jamie
Examining the shots, which include one picture of Tom – who Nicola claims was unfaithful to her back in 2014 – giving the middle finger to photographers, Jo said, “This is clearly a tit for tat thing after Nicola got close to Jamie in the house. In my opinion this is a man’s man who is angry and feels emasculated. I think he’s after revenge.” And Jo doesn’t believe for a second that Tom, who wasn’t wearing his wedding ring, didn’t know what he was doing. “He’s back to behaving badly in public. I think he knew he’d get papped,” she said. “I feel like it was very much a deliberate thing. If you really want to keep something discreet, you can.

I think he clearly didn’t. It’s designed to punish Nicola. I just can’t see that helping what is clearly a difficult marriage right now. It’s incredibly unhealthy.” Tom’s actions came just days after Nicola kissed Jamie on the cheek in the house, before waking up the next morning and nervously asking her housemates, “Is Tom gonna hate me?” However she then added, “I don’t have to explain anything, that’s the joy of when someone f**ks up so bad, you’ve got a free card,” referring to Tom’s past exploits. Jo explained that while 35-year-old Nicola’s words are
a “defence mechanism”, she doesn’t deserve to be humiliated by her hubby, the father of her sons Rocky, ten, and Striker, six. “Nicola probably shouldn’t have behaved that way with Jamie, but I can empathise with her,” Jo said. “She was having a hard time, she’d probably had a drink too many and probably feels embarrassed. But I think Tom’s a fool. In my opinion he’s humiliating her, and she doesn’t know about it. “The point is, it’s so unfair – while he can see her, she’s got no idea what’s going on in the outside world. She doesn’t know how he’s behaving right now. I think it’s an imbalanced situation. She’s going to

be so gutted to see these pictures. I don’t think the marriage could survive this type of humiliation.” And Big Brother superfan Jo didn’t hold back when it came to her thoughts on the dynamics of their marriage, especially in light of the hard time Nicola’s faced in the house following explosive rows with Kim Woodburn. After one particularly nasty encounter the former Page 3 model begged producers to let her go home, though she later changed her mind.

“I think Tom’s a horrible human being, but I think Nicola adores him,” Jo explained. “She’ll keep on forgiving him but he always pushes it a little bit further. In my opinion, he’s a controlling guy. So who better than the former TOWIE star to discuss what’s really going on between the 35-year-old mum of two and her footballer hubby Tom Williams? Here, Maria, 30, opens up to new! about Nicola’s flirty behaviour with Jamie O’Hara and what those pictures of Tom with another woman could mean…

How’s Nicola doing in the house? She’s starting to enjoy herself. She’s very opinionated, so it’s nice to see that side of her. I think she was a bit worried about how she was being perceived at first. What did you make of her flirting with Jamie? It’s hard to defend. But the amount of crap that she’s had off Tom… She would never take it any further with Jamie. She was really drunk and you never know how it’s edited. Does Jamie being mates with Tom make it worse? Obviously. I don’t really know what to say. I wouldn’t have done it. But I’ll say to her when she comes out that she made a mistake. Some people can’t handle drink. Was Jamie drunk, too? Jamie just wanted a storyline. He was probably trying to be more relevant. He’s come across like a dog on heat on the show. new-magazine.co.uk
Maybe he’s thinking about his earning potential in the future. Nicola said she had a “free card” from Tom. What did she mean? She was joking. I can’t imagine Tom giving her a free card to anywhere. She’s probably just playing games with people. Danielle Lloyd has said Nicola always fancied Jamie. Is that true? The CBB Danielle is a bellend. She likes star and her to play the victim. Nicola has friend Maria never, ever fancied Jamie. She’s said he’s a nice lad, but Danielle will jump on anything to try and about going out in his wellies – make herself look innocent. that’s about being knee deep in Danielle’s said she feels so clunge, isn’t it? Tom joked on Instagram about the night he met the mystery brunette. Do you think he feels that he’s untouchable? It seems like he’s enjoying this bit of fame. He defended her at the beginning of the show. Now he’s trying to play a little game. For attention, I think. I’ve never really seen eye-to-eye with Tom. Will this bring up bad memories for Nicola? Yes, but what she did doesn’t look good, so it’s something that they’re going to have to sort out between themselves. Does she keep him on a tighter leash now? They’ve had a fresh start so she trusts him again. Nicola got stick for revealing she planned to get pregnant behind Tom’s back… That’s true. But it wasn’t to trap him. It wasn’t as sneaky as it came across. That’s just Nicola having fun and trying to shock people. Joel Cooper

Kim Woodburn’s husband insists if the housemates are nice to her, she’ll be nice back

im Woodburn was in the Celebrity Big Brother house for just minutes before she began kicking off with her fellow housemates. Kim’s husband of 40 years, Peter Woodburn, 71, insists that the Kim we’re seeing in the house is simply his wife being her fiery self. Here, Peter tells new! why being bullied in the past has made 74-year-old Kim strong and explains why he’s very proud of her cleaning past…

Why did Kim want to do CBB? She’d been asked to do it in 2009 but it was at the same time as I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! so she couldn’t do both. Then we had a phone call asking if she would do it and she thought, “Why not?” We always watch it together so she knew what was going on. Are we seeing the real Kim in there? Yes, she doesn’t suffer fools and she always tells it as she sees it. Sometimes I have to tell her to wind it in a little bit but what you see is what you get. Kim’s a lovely lady and very kind. But if someone has a go at her or she sees somebody being bullied, she’ll step in and give it with both barrels. There are no half measures with Kim. It’s either full-on love, sympathy and laughter or if it’s an argument, it’s going to be a full-on, blow-your-brains-out one.

Since Jamie entered the CBB house earlier this month, Dani has been the target of trolls on social media. Despite asking him not to talk about her, the footballer has revealed details of their turbulent relationship to his fellow housemates. He also flirted with Jasmine Waltz and Nicola McLean, before snogging Bianca Gascoigne in the toilet last week. Danielle, who’s mum to Archie, six, Harry, five, and George, three, went on This Morning last week to reveal how her sons were being affected by their dad’s

He’s in there not understanding what he’s saying or the impact it’s having on his children’s lives,” she said. “Archie goes to school and people say, ‘Look what your dad said about your mum last night.’ It’s not nice.” She also hit out at Jamie – who was unfaithful to her – for saying she was “absolutely crackers” when she was drunk, raging, “In a few years his children will see it and say, ‘Why did you talk about that to my
mum?’ I wouldn’t mind if he went in there and said, ‘I cheated, messed up and I’m moving on with my life,’ but instead he just keeps going on about me.” Dani, who regularly posts pictures of her kids and home on social media, claimed her house was now a target for thieves since Jamie discussed their wealth on TV. “After he mentioned the Bentley and the money, someone tried to steal the cars off the drive and I saw someone scrambling over the fence,” she revealed. “It’s terrifying.”
The bitter star also discussed Jamie’s claims that he pays her £15,000 a month. “He does pay for the With her boys, mortgage on the George, Harry house, which is a lot and Archie of money, but that was the court’s decision. It is where his children live,” she explained. “It’s been up for sale for four years, which I know is a financial burden. But it’s not the case I’m after a life of luxury. I earned a lot more [than he did] when we met. I pay my own way.” Danielle’s emotional TV appearance didn’t go down too well with former Big Brother star Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace, who laid into her, saying, “Girl get in the real world!!! There are real problems with real abusive ex partners. This self absorbed BS is boring.” But Danielle swiftly responded by posting an old picture of her battered face, saying, “You know what? @aisleyne1 is right there are some real abusive exes out there! This wasn’t Jamie But don’t tell me I don’t know about abuse.” According to our insider, Danielle is keen to put all this drama behind her. “She’s moved on, but it seems as if Jamie can’t,” the pal said. “He’s obviously cracking up in there. Have you been trolled because of her behaviour in the house? On Twitter a lot of people are calling me a mug, telling me, “Your missus is mugging you off”, “she’s a slag”, and stuff like that. That’s coming from general haters. But I’m also getting a few girls my age messaging me, saying, “I wouldn’t put up with that, she’s taking advantage of you.” But every single person in a relationship determines what’s acceptable for them. I’m cool with flirting. How did the trolling make you feel? I’m not bothered by what’s going on in the house. And I’m not bothered by the keyboard warriors. I know what my belief is – she said something as a bit of gossip, it got blown out of proportion and she regretted it. I look at it from a logical point of view. I know her. Unless she starts kissing Calum in the hot tub, that’s when I’ll start to rethink things. That wouldn’t be cool. Is that a deal breaker? Kissing someone will be over the line. There’s one thing I’m not, and that’s a mug. If she’s constantly trying to get with him, that’s it for me. I won’t be on any more dates with that girl. Have any of your Apprentice mates been in touch about it? Trishna Thakrar and Grainne McCoy both called to make sure I was all right after the Calum episode. It was edited very well. I came from a very edited programme in The Apprentice, so I understand that producers will try and create storylines and stir things up. Has Jessica got a game plan? No. What you see is what you get with her. She’s not manipulative. She wears her heart on her sleeve. You can see in the way she’s been quite tearful in the house and having arguments with Chloe and Stacy. But she’ll be fine. Can she win it? I think so. She’s coming across as a sweet girl, which is just the way she is. I think she’s got all the attributes to win it. She just needs more airtime, because there are bigger personalities causing trouble in there. Look at Kim for instance. When Jessica first entered the house she was completely overshadowed by Kim and her drama. I didn’t enjoy watching Kim kick off. I found it uncomfortable. If and when she leaves, I think Jessica will have more of a chance to shine. Will you be there when Jess comes out? ince entering the Celebrity Big Brother house, Chloe Ferry has caused chaos with her outrageous antics. And, having set her sights on Calum Best, the Geordie lass has been trying her very best to make an impression on the ladies’ man. One person who knows something about being pursued by Chloe, 21, is her fellow Geordie Shore co-star and ex-boyfriend Marty McKenna. Here, Marty, 22, tells new! that viewers shouldn’t underestimate Chloe and offers some words of advice to Calum…
14
Hi Marty! How is Chloe getting on in the house? She’s being herself, but she’s treating it a bit like Geordie Shore. She went in there expecting everyone to be f***ing radge and lairy, like her. There are old people in there, but she’s bouncing around pissed and being a divvy. She certainly shocked her housemates when she rubbed herself on the plastic dog… That’s nowt. It can get much worse than that. Do you know how many times I’ve woke up in the morning to Chloe farting in my face?

Marty knows Chloe all too well
What’s the worst thing she’s done in the Geordie Shore house? Pissing in the hot tub. I wouldn’t be getting in that pool with her, trust us. I wish I could warn them! Is she naturally an exhibitionist? Yeah, but she should realise it’s not Geordie Shore and you can’t go running around with your tits and fanny hanging out when there’s an 85-year-old bloke sitting there. What did you think when Kim advised Chloe to join an escort agency? I don’t think Chloe knew what she meant. Was she trying to say being on Geordie Shore is the same as being a f***ing prossie? I don’t know who she thinks she is. She needs to go clean a few windows. Kim the cleaner is pure ruthless. What did you think about Chloe’s flirty behaviour with Calum? I reckon she thinks it’d look good if she necks on with Calum. She probably doesn’t even like him, she just wants a relationship to look good on TV. She is quite persistent. Do you feel for Calum? I really feel bad for the kid. I hope he doesn’t neck on with her, because then that’s it, he’s f***ed. She’ll just turn into a f***ing possessive woman. She might play the victim as well. She can play the victim a f***ing belter. Do you really think so? People think she’s thick, but she’s the smartest girl I’ve met. If someone upsets her on Geordie Shore, she’ll bring it up in front of everyone and say, “You’ve made us feel like shit and so insecure,” so that everyone turns against them. She asked to see Jamie O’Hara’s “bellend”… I’m surprised she hasn’t asked to see James C’s bellend. She’d ask to see anyone’s bellend.
She fell out with Jessica over Calum
[Marty burps] Oh, pardon me. She’ll probably shag James C if she can’t get with Calum. Is she used to getting her own way with men? She just walks up to people and says, “I’ll shag you.” If a bird does that to me, I’ll just shag her. But she’s trying to be like that with Calum, who’s had pure unreal girlfriends. He’s not gonna want a little 21 year old who’s hoying herself all over him, is he? She rubbed her bum on Jedward. Will she try and seduce them? Imagine Jedward going twos-up with a bird? It would be f***ing brilliant. It would be like, [puts on Jedward voice] “I’m coming!” If they lost their virginity to Chloe, they would never have sex again. She’s like a f***ing banshee. Chloe threw something across the room during one argument. Will that happen again? Definitely, she’ll smash the gaff up. She handled that pretty well. Usually she will not leave an argument. I’m surprised she only chucked one thing, that mirrors didn’t get smashed and that Stacy Francis didn’t get punched in the face. Where do you stand with Chloe now? I don’t really know. I could literally text Chloe “hello” and she’d be telling everyone we’re boyfriend and girlfriend. I try not to speak to her. JOEL COOPER

James Jordan speaks to following his exit from the Celebrity Big Brother house…
as there ever been such an ego-packed series of Celebrity Big Brother? If there has, we don’t remember it! Yep, the house has been bursting with big personalities this time round – and there just wasn’t room for them all. So we weren’t all that shocked last week when one of the biggest big-heads in there, James Jordan, was given the boot. Mind you, when we speak to dancer James, 38, fresh from his eviction, he does seem surprised, and a little sad, to have been evicted. But every CBB cloud has a silver lining, and James can’t hide his happiness at being reunited with wife Ola, who’s sitting right beside him during our chat. Here he discusses his ex-housemates Kim Woodburn and Nicola McLean and tells us why his banter’s off the scale…
H
up to me and said she thought I was a wonderful human being and Ola’s very lucky to have me, so she’s all right. She’s an all right bird. Kim accused the house of bullying – particularly Nicola. Is there any bullying going on? I hate the word bullying. It’s a word that gets used so blasé nowadays. I do believe Kim targets Nicola. She’s trying to get Nicola to snap. I believe she’s doing it How did you find because Kim’s openly Team Jola want Kim in the house? said she’s a massive to work together fan of the show. She’s She came for me on her first day, and I kept mentioning gone in trying to give the public washing up, which I knew sent her what they want. I don’t necessarily crazy. I wouldn’t have a screaming think she’s doing it in a horrible, match with a 74-year-old lady, so I nasty, malicious way. thought it was better to wind her up You took Nicola to bed when she and let her go off on one. me to bed.” It wasn’t anything to do with Jamie. There’s nothing going on between them at all. You bonded with Spencer Pratt. Will you be friends after CBB? We’re definitely going to FaceTime, and me and Ola will one hundred per cent go and visit them, because he’s got exactly the same sense of humour as me, and I know Ola’s going to love him – and Heidi. I love Coleen Nolan too. I was always with her and James Cosmo. I was very close to Nicola, very close to Jamie, and very close to Brandon Block, but he left. I was close to all the nice, normal ones in the house. Who’s not normal? I think you can work that out by watching the show. Why do you think Calum Best was so threatened by you? It must be my masculinity, my power, my authority… no, I’m joking. I think it was something I said very early on. I said to him, “I’ve seen your weakness, I’m going to come for you and make you snap.” I think that stuck with him for a long time. I do take my banter to the next level. You have to remember that Calum grew up in America and I grew up around hard-core British humour. I used to work on the power stations over here, with builders, scaffolders and engineers – and
James was surprised and sad to be evicted from the CBB house
He thinks Calum didn’t get his “hard-core British banter”
my banter’s nothing compared to theirs! So Calum’s been around different kinds of people to me. Chloe Ferry, Jess Cunningham and Stacy Francis all fancy Calum. Would he hook up with any of them? Don’t be silly! No. Two silly little girls arguing over Calum Best? Not a hope in hell. Never ever. But what about Stacy? No. There’s no one that Calum Best is interested in in the house. Not at all – zero. Maybe when he looks in the mirror though… What are you and Ola planning to do now you’re reunited? I was going to say that I’d smash her back doors in. No! Don’t put that! We’re going to be forming Team Jola and we’ve got lots of things in the pipeline. We really want to start working on more things together again now, like we used to when we were on Strictly Come Dancing together. Joel Cooper new-magazine.co.uk

‘Kim’s t of h fter a traumatic few months, Kim Kardashian made it clear that she’s well and truly back on the showbiz scene last week. And if her outfits are anything to go by, she certainly means business! The 36 year old, who covered up in baggy clothes in the aftermath of the Paris robbery, was back to her old exhibitionist self when she stepped out in a very revealing lacy get-up that left little to the imagination on the set of the film Ocean’s Eight. Kim oozed confidence and glamour as she shot her cameo in the movie, which also stars Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway and Sandra Bullock. Along with her younger sister Kendall, the reality star will make a brief appearance in the movie, which ironically is about a jewellery heist. But while fans were quick to point out that starring in a film about a robbery is an odd choice given her ordeal last October, behavioural psychologist Judi James thinks Kim is keen to put on a brave face, regardless of how she’s feeling inside. Judi said, “Appearing in a film with this Judi thinks Kim storyline may seem is displaying like odd behaviour, resilience but it could actually be bravado. She might feel that belittling the crime is part of taking control and diminishing her fears. It might be inappropriate to make fun of a crime when someone else has been the victim, but to mock it yourself might be part of feeling bigger than the event.” As for why Kim has decided now is the right time to get back to work, Judi believes she’s done it in an act of defiance. “The

choice is simple but also very difficult – you either make the decision to carry on as normal and to battle the fear and feelings of being a victim, or you risk suffering from fear and all its terrible symptoms for the rest of your life.” She continued, “Kim appears to have made the decision to act in a way that displays resilience, throwing herself back into the brand and the brand behaviour.”
Kendall also appears in the film
Fans slammed Kim’s decision to take part in the Ocean’s Eleven franchise, with one saying, “WTF. You’d think that she would not want to glamorise such a thing after her experience.”* Another added, “If you was that traumatised this is the last thing you would do!” Others mocked her robbery, saying, “Ah now I get it..Paris was a rehearsal for Ocean’s 8!” Eek! The mum of two’s appearance on the set of the film came just days after she was victim-blamed for being held at gunpoint and robbed of £8.5million worth of jewels in Paris. Her sister Khloé was forced to shut down a reporter who asked if the robbery was a “consequence” of Kim living her life out so “publicly and socially” during a US television interview. Clearly unimpressed with the implication that Kim brought the robbery on herself, Khloé, 32, said, “No, I don’t believe that because people show their lives more, that they deserve, or should have consequences like getting robbed.” But Judi reckons the reporter’s accusations would
only have fuelled Kim’s desire to put the message out there that the robbery hasn’t broken her. “Nobody asks to be robbed or attacked and comments like this would have left Kim feeling the need to be even stronger than before. Showing defiance is a way for her to try to put the terrible events behind her and move on with the rest of her life without fear,” she said. Meanwhile Kim, who also stepped out in an incredibly tight white mini dress last week, wasn’t the only Kardashian flashing the flesh. Kourtney, 37, went out in one of her most revealing outfits to date on a night out with Justin Bieber. Wearing a sheer black Kourtney left body with little to the imagination black satin in this outfit trousers, the mum of

e’ve become so used to Katie Price flashing her bum on social media, or posting endless selfies and snaps of her latest skincare range, that we’d begun to think she wouldn’t be able to surprise us ever again. But, as the old saying goes, never underestimate the Pricey. Yep, we admit it, we’re currently completely hooked on Katie’s Instagram page – and it’s all thanks to her striking new kitten, Dobbi. As followers will know, the Sphynx cat is already very much one of the family, regularly being snapped cosying up to Pricey, 38, hubby Kieran Hayler, 29, and their blended brood of five kids. And, seeing as we’ve become so obsessed with the fur-free wonder, we decided to pay tribute by taking a look at Dobbi’s best bits so far. Hair we go…

e’ve been lucky enough to get to know Emily and Peter Andre quite well over the years, so it always feels like we’re catching up with old pals, rather than working, when we sit down to chat with them. And when we get together, we can’t help but notice that the couple – especially Emily – are feeling the effects of looking after their two-month-old son Theo, as well as daughter Amelia, three. In fact, Emily, 27, who is breastfeeding Theo as we speak, admits she’s surviving on just three hours of sleep a night! With Pete, 43, back at work, poor Ems is looking forward to when Theo starts to relax his constant demands for milk. “He’s not showing any signs of that at the moment,” she laughs, at which point Amelia pipes up in the background, desperate to get involved. “She wants to join in with the conversation,” Emily says. To make things even more hectic, Pete and Emily also have Junior, 11, and Princess, nine – Pete’s two children with ex-wife Katie Price – over twice a week and every other weekend. And amazingly, although Pete often jokes that it can be a madhouse at times, Emily admits that she’d love to expand their family – but only on one condition. “Maybe ask me in a year. If I’m still not getting any sleep I reckon I’ll say no,” she says. Here, Pete discusses the possibility of adopting, while Emily tells us how becoming a mum for the second time has changed her… new-magazine.co.uk
Emily and Peter Andre talk exclusively to about their plans for more children…
Theo was born in November
Hey guys, you’re currently fronting an npower campaign about parental super powers. So, what are yours? Pete: I’m really, really good Pete with Junior and at disguising vegetables. Princess – his kids It was actually Emily’s idea with Katie Price to hide them in bolognese. Emily: It’s an age-old trick of my mum’s. Does it actually work? he said he didn’t like fish. When P: Yes! I remember when Junior I asked him what he wanted he was about four he refused to eat just said, “Chocolate.” So I asked a fish pie I was making because him if I put chocolate in the pie,
would he eat it then? And he said he would! You didn’t actually put chocolate in a fish pie, did you? Yes, but only a tiny bit. And when I asked him what he could taste, he said, “Fish.” It was like he had completely forgotten he told me he didn’t like it. Emily, Pete often tells us he thinks you’re a super mum… He does and I’m very grateful. I’m not sure it’s strictly true, though [laughs]. What would you say your super power is? Multitasking. Look at me now. I’ve got Millie nudging me trying to talk to me, you’re trying to interview me, and I’m breastfeeding the baby. That’s impressive! P: My other super power is that I’m a child whisperer. E: Are you? P: Yeah, I send them off to sleep. E: Can you start using that super power, then? That would be great for Theo [laughs]. He doesn’t sleep at all. P: OK, I’m not a baby whisperer. Just a child one [laughs]. E: You can’t whisper to Theo, that doesn’t work. How are you coping with Theo not sleeping? E: I have to admit, it’s quite hard. I’m not sure how I’m doing it, to be honest. Maybe that’s a super power? I’m doing it without realising. Is the lack of sleep the hardest thing about being a parent the second time around? E: Yes. When Millie was little I’d sleep when she did during the
put
day, but I can’t do that now. And it doesn’t help that he’s not very settled, so I’m not really sleeping at night. That’s the hardest thing! P: Well, it’s my fifth time, including when I was with Harvey. I find the lack of sleep really hard. Everything else I can cope with. Has it put you off wanting a third child? E: It hasn’t put me off. Really? The way I look at it is, in the grand scheme of your life, a year of having a hard time doesn’t compare to all of the joy you get out of being a parent. It’s not that big of a deal. P: Yeah, I’m kinda cool for right now [laughs]. E: Unfortunately, for dads, it’s kind of down to the mum. P: True. Whatever I’m going through, you’re going through a lot harder. How has becoming a mum of two changed you? Do you know what I think now? All these mums and dads who’ve had two children, it’s really hard, Junior and Princess so hats off to everyone. When I’m often stay with Pete out and about and I see a mum and Emily with her kids, I just have a whole new level of respect. P: What about dads who have more than two kids? [Laughs] E: I’m not narrowing this down to mums. P: You kinda did. E: My point is, I have a whole new respect for people who do it. P: I’ve said this before, but a mum’s job is one of the hardest in P: Einstein supposedly did – but the world and when women say he died in his mid-70s and I want they haven’t got a job, they’re just to live longer than that. a full-time mum – well, that is a What are your biggest fears full-time job in my eyes. as a parent? It scares me Well, you do produce not knowing what she’s doing, beautiful children… who she’s with, is someone E: We’ll see how it goes. picking on her? go to? Do we go to London or Italy, where the Vatican is? E: I know what you’re scared of. The boyfriend and girlfriend thing. P: What? I don’t know what words you just said but they sounded yucky [laughs]. Emily, did you have a hard time at school? Were you bullied? No, I was really lucky. I went to quite a big state school as well and it was quite tough, but I never had a problem. Where do you stand on kids using the internet? E: That’s another thing that scares me. Social media. I’m going to be quite strict on it. Pete, you don’t like kids having social media accounts, do you? I think Emily’s going to be even stricter than me. E: I don’t have it myself. How come? E: I have a Facebook account but I haven’t been on it for over three years. I can’t even remember the password. I just found it became more of a negative than a positive. I obviously don’t have a thick enough skin to deal with it,
so I’d rather not read it. I’m a sensitive soul so that’s why I don’t want it. That’s a fair enough reason. As parents, how do you keep the romance alive? P: We were just talking about this the other night. As soon as the baby doesn’t need to feed every two hours, we’re going to have a date night. We need it. E: To be honest, I think we’re going to have to take him with us. When they’re tiny I think it’s OK to bring them with you. P: I’m not quite sure that constitutes a date night. He has got a point… E: That’s true. I wouldn’t get the breast pump out, though [laughs]. Karmel Doughty

The reality star’s former lovers lash out as she tries to bond with her baby…
t was supposed to be the happiest time of her life as she welcomed her baby boy into the world, but instead Stephanie Davis found herself under attack from three of her ex-boyfriends last week. It’s claimed Jeremy McConnell, who Steph, 23, insists is the father of her son, has put pressure on the new mum to get a paternity test as soon as possible to reveal if he is the dad. His rep said, “We can confirm Jeremy has approached Steph to ask for a paternity test, to which he currently has not had a response.” While the former CBB star said he was willing to step up if he was the dad, Jez, 26, was partying in Thailand with pals when Steph went into labour in Liverpool. He then went on to share Snapchats where he and his friends appeared to ridicule Steph hours after she gave birth. The pair were last linked in May 2016 – shortly after Steph announced her pregnancy – when a private video of her and Josh, 22, fooling around became public. The X-rated footage showed Steph on a bed wearing a pink bra, next to Josh who was playing with his manhood and saying, “Lads, lads, lads.” When Jeremy, who had split from Steph, heard about their liaison, he’s said to have threatened to “bang him out”. Josh is understood to have told friends, “I slept with Steph nearly a year ago. I’m worried – she could be turning up on my doorstep
with the baby any time soon.” While some fans were quick to jump to her defence, with one writing, “This bloke is just a needy fame hungry twerp,” others said it proved the baby might not be Jeremy’s. “Could be anyone’s.. whoever is in the firing line should request a DNA test – I wouldn’t take her word for it,” wrote one. The 29 year old, who plays Tina, the wife of England World Cup-winning hero Bobby Moore, in her first ITV role since quitting Coronation Street nearly three years ago, was accused by some viewers of ruining the opening episode of the three-part series with her poor performance. “Michelle Keegan’s accent in Tina and Bobby is awful,” wrote one, while another complained, “Michelle Keegan is annoying in Tina and Bobby

ogue Williams was warned not to fall in love with her Jump co-star and notorious bad boy Spencer Matthews last week after snaps emerged of them getting close in Austria. The 31 year old and the former Made In Chelsea star, 28, have been training together for the latest series of the skiing contest. But it was a picture of Spencer grabbing her breast as he swept her off her feet that really set tongues wagging. Clearly not offended by his fondling, Brian McFadden’s ex-wife couldn’t wipe the smile off her face as she feebly tried to fend off his advances. However, her fans weren’t too impressed and quickly warned her to stay away from the ladies’ man. One said, “I hope she doesn’t get involved with

It certainly wouldn’t be the first time Vogue has been romantically linked to someone who comes with a bit of baggage. Last June, she admitted she was dating Professor Green, real name Stephen Manderson, shortly after his marriage to Millie Mackintosh ended. come on my period and my boobs had started to hurt so I did a pregnancy test. When I came out of the bathroom, he joked, “Pregnant?” and I was like, “I actually am,” and started crying. How many tests did you do? Luis: Two, because I didn’t believe her! I told her to go and do another one to be sure. So you weren’t trying? Both: No! C: I hadn’t used contraception for well over a year because I had womb problems, but we were careful. What health problems were you having, Cally? C: I was constantly bleeding for about a year on a non-stop period. I was really worried. I had the implant at the time and it was thought the contraception had affected my body. I was just getting into a normal routine again and then I fell pregnant, which was a shock. I thought I’d be someone who would have to try for ages because the gynaecologists told me I had a tiny cervix and my womb lining was thin. How did your parents react to the news? L: Mine were really happy. It will be their first grandchild, so it’s a big deal for them. I was initially worried. I didn’t know how to tell my dad, but when I did he was excited and said it was brilliant news. My mum was happy too. C: My brother’s got a four-year-old girl and my mum always joked about how she couldn’t wait to have another grandchild. When I told her she said, “Let’s go shopping!”
Love Island couple Cally Jane Beech and Luis Morrison pose for their first pregnancy shoot and tell how the baby came as a surprise and why they’re already planning more… Were you broody before the pregnancy, Cally? Not really. I’ve always liked kids but I wasn’t like, “I want a baby now!” What has been the best part of the pregnancy so far for both of you? L: We’ll start with the worst [laughs]. The first trimester when Cally was going mental and crying every two minutes wasn’t so good. C: One time I cried because I wanted a peppermint tea, but accidentally asked Luis for green tea. When he gave it to me, I was in floods of tears. L: She’s still emotional now. And the best? L: Finding out the baby was a girl on Christmas Day. Why did you decide to find out the sex of the baby? C: We wanted to be prepared. L: No – you just wanted to buy clothes! What was your reaction? L: I was happy. Everyone wanted her to be a boy though, after all the Love Island saga with the pretend baby, Jamal, that we had to look after. We’ll call her Jamala instead [laughs]. Speaking of baby Jamal – how do you feel about having the first Love Island baby? C: It’s nice, but I’m traditional. I wanted to be engaged, married and then have children, but things don’t always work out like that. Have the pair of you talked about getting engaged? L: We’ve discussed it, I’m trying to find the right time to ask. I’ll try to be thoughtful and spontaneous. Will it be this year? L: Cal wants it to be this year. C: I’ve said I’d like to be engaged before I give birth, but I don’t know how realistic that is now and I don’t want it to be rushed. new-magazine.co.uk

Cally, what have been your highs and lows throughout pregnancy? The high has been feeling her move around. The lows were the first 14-15 weeks when the sickness was bad. I don’t fit into any of my nice clothes, either. I miss them. All of them are in the loft of the new house because I live in tracksuits and leggings. I don’t feel at my best, but I suppose it will be worth it. How much weight have you put on? Not a lot, about 5lbs. I’m 8st 2lbs at the moment, although I do expect to start putting weight on quicker now. You tweeted about your boobs getting bigger but not liking it. Why is that? Everyone’s getting boob jobs and I couldn’t think of anything worse than mine getting bigger. I’m used to my petite frame and when they’re big, I feel bigger than I am. How many cup sizes have you gone up? Three. I’ve gone from a C to an E. My boobs are so painful I have to wear sports bras all the time. How do you feel about surgery in general? C: I’m not particularly into it, but I might have a boob lift later in life if I’ve had a lot of children. L: Three or four years ago I’d have said I loved surgery, now I’m not a fan. I prefer natural beauty. Cally, will you breastfeed? No. I don’t want to. I want Luis to have a good bond with the baby as well, and he can do that with a bottle. Also I know you can cover up in public, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable doing it. Have you had any cravings? C: I do like a Big Mac, but I’ve always liked them! L: We had a test to see if we were intolerant to anything and I found out I was lactose intolerant. [Cally starts laughing] It’s not funny. I thought I had a disease. I was devastated. I’m dairy-free now. Have you done much exercise throughout the pregnancy? C: No. I’d like to do some breathing classes, though. Was working out a big part of your lifestyle before? C: No, I’ve had the odd moment where I’ve wanted to go to

was such a stupid idea, but on the day I’ll go with the flow. I’m not planning too much, but I am going to have my placenta made into pills. I’ve been told they help prevent postnatal depression. L: [Luis makes gagging noises] The depression part is all in your head. By taking the pill you’re telling yourself it works, when it probably doesn’t do anything. C: [Frustrated] You didn’t even know what a placenta was! I had to show you on Google. Have you talked about having more children in the future? C: He’s talking about the next one already! L: We’ll hopefully have two or three. I don’t think it’s fair on the little one to not have a brother or sister. C: We’d definitely like one of each and I want them to be close together in age. Do you both come from big families? L: I have two sisters and Cally has a brother. I’m used to being surrounded by girls! Have you made a shortlist of baby names yet? C: Not for a girl, although we did for a boy. I know I want
it to be different, though. L: We need to see her face first and we’ve booked a 4D scan to do that. I bought Cally a big book of baby names but she’s had a look through and thinks they’re too common. C: It’s stressful. You’ve got to get it right. Luis, will you take time off from football when the baby comes? At the moment I train for Buxton on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so it’s part-time. I’m also busy with my business, Celebrity Cars, but I can work from home and do all the night feeds. We moved to Leeds for my business and also so Cally could be closer to her family, who live in Hull. How did you decide on having Vicky Cally says Pattison as Vicky has godmother? always been C: Vicky has supportive been there from day one. She’s always supported me. When I asked if she’d like to be godmother, she said she was honoured and cried. Will you have a baby shower? C: Yes, my mum is arranging one in March. Vicky will come and she’ll bring John [Noble, her boyfriend]. She’s the happiest I’ve seen her. L: The baby will be so spoiled! The former couple have two children – Jerónimo, eight, and Fiona, six – and remain on friendly terms.
Former chat-show host Oprah, 62, is finally ready to tie the knot with her long-term love Stedman, 65, according to reports. One of the richest women on the planet is believed to be planning on walking down the aisle this summer. A pal said, “They believe it’s time for them to slow down their careers and settle into a quieter life as a married couple.” The friend continued, “She realises that, at their ages, it’s time for them to put themselves first.” The couple have been together for more than 30 years. He’s definitely a keeper!

Ella shows off her real curves! As the X Factor singer gets papped on the beach, her Instagram snaps tell a rather different story…
hen we clapped eyes on these pap shots of Ella Henderson on holiday, we couldn’t help but notice the stark contrast between them and the slightly more polished ones on the star’s Instagram. Ella had shared a series of snaps on social media while visiting the sun-kissed Caribbean shores of Saint Lucia to celebrate her 21st birthday. But fans were quick to point out that her picture-perfect Instagram snaps told a different story to the unedited shots taken during the same trip. “Funniest example of social media not quite adding up to reality I’ve ever seen,” wrote one critic, while another commented, “Nothing wrong with her figure, what’s very wrong is her deceiving Instagram pics.” However, many defended Ella for fine-tuning her personal photos. “She looks great! Who doesn’t use filters these days?” posted one, with another writing, “She hasn’t photoshopped those photos, she’s just picked the most flattering ones.” At the start of her career back in 2012, Ella vowed never to strive to be skinny. “I’ll never be a size zero, that’s just not going to happen,” she said. “But I’m simply going to be myself and I hope people will accept me for who I am.” However last month, it seemed she wasn’t feeling quite so confident about her body, posting a quote on Instagram comparing herself to a baked potato. It read, “How Her waist disappointing is it when u looks smaller mentally put an outfit together in this shot thinkin it will be bangin but then u put it on & u look like a baked potato.”* Lolz. Despite the backlash, it’s refreshing to see a star like Ella – who scored a No.1 hit in 2014 with her debut single Ghost and is set to release her second album later this year – showing off her real body on the beach. After all, we’re not all stick-thin supermodels!

Sophie: ‘My bum looks like it’s been stabbed!’
The Geordie Shore star is recovering from an infected abscess, which has left her bedridden… errified Sophie Kasaei was rushed to hospital last week after an abscess on her bottom became infected. Speaking exclusively to new!, the Geordie Shore favourite revealed she’s been bedbound ever since and has been left with a “gaping hole” in her buttock. Yikes! Sophie, 27, first started to feel pain in her posterior while on holiday in Mexico with her boyfriend Joel Corry, also 27, two weeks ago. But she says her high pain threshold meant she turned a blind eye. It wasn’t until the bubbly star landed back in the UK last week that the discomfort became unbearable and, after a trip to A&E, she ended up being taken straight in for surgery. Recalling the traumatic events, Sophie told new!, “I was so scared. I don’t know what childbirth is like, but I can imagine it being like that.” And, leaving us feeling a little squeamish, Sophie went on to describe the abscess as a “lump of pus the size of a golf ball”. According to Soph, doctors had to “slice a bit of my bum” in order to get rid of the infection, which they believe could have

been caused by an insect bite while holidaying in Mexico. As doctors can’t stitch up the wound until the infection’s cleared, the surgery has left Sophie with an open gash that she says is seven inches long and seven inches deep. “It looks like someone’s got a knife and stabbed us in the bum. It’s like a shark attack,” she shuddered. With Sophie now bedridden, a nurse has been visiting her dad’s house – where she’s recuperating – to change her bandages daily. “I haven’t been anywhere,” the star said. “I can’t get dressed or anything and I’ve got no appetite.” Luckily, Joel, Sophie’s boyfriend of five years, has been by her side, but the star admitted

there’s been no “sexy time” as a result of her ordeal. Erm, we don’t blame you! With Sophie due to return to Geordie Shore to film series 14 in a couple of weeks, the star is concerned about getting back to full health in time. “I’ve got to go to London this weekend to film

Pete says he’d love to get his kids’ vocals on his new album and tells us about his boxer BFF…
FRANK’S A CHAMP I had the pleasure of hosting former boxing world champ and all-round fantastic gent Frank Bruno. It’s such an honour, in my eyes, to have him as a friend. Frank and I are working on a big project together at the moment, which will be revealed soon. We hope lots of people across the UK will get involved with it. Watch this space.
Dancing divas
I’m working on a new campaign for npower with my lovely wife Emily to help find parents with amazing “super powers”. We’ll be visiting families in their homes to see what quirky tricks they have to keep their kids in check. Emily and I don’t usually do things like this together, but because it’s very family-orientated and involves meeting other parents, Emily was really up for it. Plus, it’s basically an excuse for us to spend some time together. While I was in Birmingham for the campaign last week, I bumped into YouTube sensations, Dancing Grannies! I fell in love with them and couldn’t resist asking for a dance. Thanks, girls!

CouCH PotAtoeS I told you last week how much I love The Voice and what a great all-round show it is. Randomly, I’m also getting into a US TV show about surgery called Botched. We don’t tend to watch programmes as they air, so we record loads and catch up on them when the kids are in bed. The two American surgeons in Botched – Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow – are a great double act and we love watching them sort out surgery that’s gone wrong. There are some real shockers on there!
A trueal origin
I’ve been busy in the studio working on my new album. It’s gonna be brand spanking new originals. I’m loving getting stuck in and writing. My last album debuted at No.3 in the UK charts, so I’ll do my best – with your help, of course! – to get this to No1. I can’t wait for you all to hear it. Although I enjoyed doing the swing stuff, this album is getting back to what I’ve always loved. The little ones have asked if they can jump on the album, especially Junior. It’s funny, because I do record little snippets sometimes – they’ve all got great little voices – so one day we might do something for fun. I’d actually like to get Junior involved in production, because he’s got an ear for producing. Maybe the next project?
Too much, too young
My vie on w t n e wh e s
According to a recent YMCA report, almost a third of 11 to 16 year olds isolate themselves because of body image anxiety, and 36 per cent of the 2,000 children questioned were willing to do whatever it takes to look good, even resorting to surgery. We need to teach our children that getting fit and working out isn’t for body image – it’s to be healthy. And no one should be thinking about cosmetic surgery until they’re an adult. Even then, in my opinion, you should only have work done if it’s something that really bothers you and affects your life. I had a nose job 15 years ago because it had affected me all my life and I hated looking at photos of myself. I think it’s about educating our children and explaining that, as kids, they should only worry about kids’ stuff. They’ll have plenty of time as adults to worry about other things. new-magazine.co.uk

We grilled newly engaged Love Island winners Alex Bowen, 23, and Olivia Buckland, 24, about his New York proposal – and Olivia, who looked sensational in a figure-hugging white gown, issued Caroline Flack a warning…
PHOTOS: Fameflynet.uk.com, Getty Images, Wenn.com, Wire Image
Congratulations! Let’s see the ring... Olivia: I haven’t got it on! Alex: We have to get it resized. O: I’ve got really little fingers so they didn’t have my size. A: I knew it was going to be big but I fell in love with that ring so I just had to buy it on the spot. Were you nervous about proposing, Alex? I was nervous but I knew she was going to say yes. O: I should have said no, just to piss him off!
40
A: It was hard taking the ring on holiday and going through customs and getting checked... that was the scariest part. Did you ask for approval before you popped the question? A: Yeah, I asked her mum and dad and they started crying! O: They absolutely love him. Would you ever have your wedding on camera? A: The wedding is private with family and friends. O: But the run-up where I turn into bridezilla would be cool. Would you guys like to do presenting together? A: I don’t have the voice for presenting. O: I’d love to present the next Love Island. Get Caroline Flack out of the way!
The dinner was a seriously star-studded event. Former rugby and Strictly hunk Thom Evans, 31, told us his recent appearance on the celeb special of Take Me Out would be the last TV he’ll be doing for a while. “I want to concentrate on modelling,” he said. “I’m going to go to New York and see what happens.” We also spied Imogen Thomas, 34, who was determined to have a good night despite feeling under the weather. “I’ve got flu,” the mum of two told us. “But I’m OK, I just need a drink!” And while Made In Chelsea’s Georgia Toffolo, 22, refused to give GLG the goss on her new man, who was sitting next to her, she did gush about pregnant co-star Binky Felstead’s happy news, saying, “All of us were a little bit shocked but I think it’s going to be so special.”

I’m so devastated, I refuse to do the tour. No, it was just brilliant. We had the best time. Danny you’re engaged. Will you get Oti to help you prepare for your first dance with Carly? Oti: No… D: I think Oti is going to be
a bit busy this year after all the success she had during 2016. Can we expect to see a samba? O: I think it will be a little bit more romantic. It will be an intimate thing between the two of them. D: We’ll probably get about ten seconds on our own and then it will be like, “OK, on the floor everyone, now it’s just awkward.”
Ore: ‘My wife will join me on tour’
Despite winning with Joanne Clifton, Strictly champ Ore Oduba, 31, is dancing with her sister-in-law Karen Clifton on tour. They told us how the new partnership is going… Karen, how excited are you to be working with Ore? I’m nervous because I’m dancing with the champ. I have to make sure I don’t let him down. Are you going to watch Joanne in Thoroughly Modern Millie? Karen: Absolutely! Ore: Of course we are! We haven’t told her we’re going in the front row. We’re going to be there with banners. Ore, how will you cope being apart from your wife again on tour? She’s coming! That’s how to cope with it… bring her along!

Daisy: ‘I still don’t feel confident in a bikini’ Daisy Lowe, 27, may have had her amazing legs on show, but when GLG spoke to her and partner Aljaž Škorjanec ahead of the Strictly live tour, she admitted she isn’t that confident...
Daisy, how do we get a body like yours? Dance with Aljaž for a while! Dancing is the best way to exercise because you’re so happy when you do it and it doesn’t feel like exercise. Do you feel more confident when you see yourself in bikini pictures now? I don’t think it’s ever comfortable to be photographed in your bikini. It’s more like, “Oh
god, I hope that’s OK!” But no is the answer. What’s the best thing about being back with Aljaž? Getting to giggle again. Aljaž just became one of my absolute greatest friends in the whole world, so it’s lovely that I get to hang out with him. And Janette? Of course. Our little tripod. Aljaž, can you tell us anything about your wedding plans? When a man’s getting married, it’s all about the lady. I’m the yes-man!
Louise: ‘I want to do a West End show’ We chatted to Louise Redknapp, 42, and pro partner Kevin Clifton about confidence and the future…
sadly, ed balls didn’t have time to chat to us, but we did get to see his impeccable Gangnam Style routine again. ed, 49, and his partner Katya Jones have enlisted the help of various other dancers to beef up the performance, and we promise it’s amazing!
louise, you recently posted some amazing pics of you in a bikini. Would you have posted them before doing Strictly? Definitely not. I was on holiday with my friend and she did say, “I’m going to post this picture because you might not look like this next Christmas!” Your hubby Jamie got so on board with Strictly by the end. Would he ever do the show? Kevin: I really want to make it happen. louise: Jamie said he’ll only do it if he gets to dance with Kev… What’s next for you, louise? The only thing I would give up family time for would be to go into the West End. have you had any interest? Yes… We’ll see what happens!

Blackpool, JaNuary 18 It takes a brave woman to wear a bold striped three-piece and an even braver one to wear head-to-toe white. But sadly 38-year-old Alesha’s Barbara Bui combo just looks cheap, while 45-year-old Amanda’s Ermanno Scervino jumpsuit is too tight and way too long. about family life with footballer Christine Lampard opens up to ’t be bothered to hit the gym… can es etim som she its adm and nk Fra by hub
I
t’s impossible not to be in a good mood when you chat to Christine Lampard. The Irish presenter is lovely company, partly because she radiates an aura of positivity, and partly because she’s incredibly honest and open – even about the most sensitive of issues. And when we get together with her to hear all her latest news, 37-year-old Christine happily chats about everything from wanting kids with her footballer hubby Frank, 38, to life as a stepmum to his two daughters, Luna, 11, and Isla, nine, from his relationship with ex-fiancée Elen Rivas. At the mo, Christine and Frank, who got married in December 2015, live in London, following a year of – as Christine calls it – “commuting” between the capital and the US, where Frank was based while he played for New York City FC. And here, in between new! being shown snaps of the family dog, Minnie, on Christine’s phone, the down-toearth star also talks about keeping trim and reveals why she’d never do CBB… You’ve been married to Frank for a year now. Has it gone quickly? I can’t believe how quickly it’s gone. We’ve had a wonderful first year. When you get married, something changes. Something feels different. Would you like to have a baby? I love children. If we were lucky enough it would be wonderful. Have Frank’s daughters said whether they would like a sibling? They love a full house, so they would adore it. They would have the house filled with babies, dogs and cats if they had half the chance. They keep our hands full! You spoke about the possibility of IVF during a Loose Women chat in December. Is that still a consideration? It’s not something I’m thinking about now. But I’ve seen it make a couple of my friends very happy mummies. When it works it’s great. Does it bother you when people ask you about having a baby? The quick answer is no. I’m sure no one cares if I have 25 babies or not – apart from Frank!

Is he broody? He’s always been. He’s a brilliant dad, hands-on with the school runs and homework. I’ve seen it and he’s proved he’s amazing. I’ve done a trial run and he’s passed the test [laughs]. What’s a typical weekend like for you all? Our weekends work around our little dog, Minnie. I am obsessed [shows new! some photos on her phone]. Frank and I walk her together. And we love having breakfasts – I did a big spread last weekend. But there’s nothing more of a treat than going out to eat. We often have the girls on the Sunday. What about football? Football, obviously! It’s been a big part of the weekend for so many years. Do you like it? I do. I won’t claim that I did before knowing Frank. I wasn’t a massive football fan. I enjoy it a lot now though, and I think it’s because I was lucky enough to watch it live. I would sit with Frank’s dad, who is an ex-footballer, for years. I’m relatively knowledgeable, to the extent where I could hold a conversation. I’ve come a long way [laughs]. Do you do girlie activities with Luna and Isla? Oh yes. The eldest wants me to take her shopping at

the weekend, but she doesn’t want her younger sister coming. She’s at that stage where she appreciates clothes. She’s started a big school and I can see her growing up already. Is there anything in particular you’d like to achieve this year? I would like to go back to New York for a long weekend at some point, and I want to spend more time at home in Northern Ireland with Frank. I love going back there. We’re not far from the beach and it’s nice to spend time with my parents and friends too. One of my best friends has just had a baby and the other is having one in March. Would you ever move back to Northern Ireland – or abroad? No, London is very much home. I like to try to fly back to Northern Ireland once a month, and if I can’t, my parents come to me. All my friends are back home still, and I love getting them over to London for weekends. Did you make any New Year’s resolutions? I am going to start a hashtag #wetjanuary, because Dry January is nonsense. I’m totally against it. My friends are doing it and I’m like, “For goodness sake! In January you need to lift yourself.” The couple have a dog, Let’s enjoy January, that’s Minnie my New Year’s resolution.
Christine often pops up on Loose Women
I enjoy a glass of wine every now and again – it’s not like I’m out partying every single day. Do you ever make resolutions? I never do resolutions like, “I’m going to the gym twice a week,” because I never stick with it [laughs]. Do you have an exercise routine? I walk the dog every day, and yesterday I actually bought Frank a Fitbit and we walked 6km with the dog. Frank is training every day so he has to stick to a schedule and routine. How do you feel about the gym? I occasionally go. I do enjoy the odd class, but I fall in and out of love with it. Sometimes I just can’t be bothered, and I think doing exercise outside is great for your head. It clears it. I feel I’m quite active – I don’t sit around that much, and I think that keeps you semi-trim. What’s your diet like? I love my food. I love eating out. In New York we tried a lot of different restaurants with a glass of wine here and there. But so much of it is common sense. I know if I’m out having a hamburger, I’ve got to rein it in somewhere else. I have everything in moderation. What are your thoughts on surgery? A lot of young girls are having things done and they’re beautiful anyway. Maybe do it in ten years. If I had a daughter and she asked, I’d say she didn’t need it. Do you have any TV work planned for this year? I’m doing Loose Women later this month, and other bits and pieces. Would you do any reality TV, like CBB? No. It’s fun to watch, the arguments are fascinating, but I would go insane. You’re the face of BT’s Call Protect, a new service to crackdown on nuisance calls. Why did you want to get involved? Nuisance callers have tortured my parents and they’re now conscious of answering the phone. The calls have disrupted my home life, too. A few days ago I had been walking the dog and she was filthy. The whole bathroom was black and then the phone rang and it was a PPI claim. It’s a total nuisance. Olivia adams

ack in 2011, tanya Whittam, now 26, from Wakefield, West yorkshire, found herself having to rebuild her shattered life after she was the victim of a brutal stabbing attack while innocently waiting for a bus. despite being warned by doctors that she may never regain the use of her left arm, tanya was determined to prove them wrong. after celebrating the birth of her son lucas* in 2012, tanya, with the
Taking a breath, I stood tentatively in front of the changing room mirror, waiting to step into the photo studio. Dressed in a tiny gym top and shorts, my body – and the scars I had spent the last four years trying to block out – were about to be photographed for all to see. But I didn’t shudder when I looked – I smiled. My body looked toned and the arm that once flopped lifelessly by my side was bulging with muscles. Apart from the day my son was born, that day last April was my most life-affirming moment since the day I was almost stabbed to death. I had everything to live for when I was attacked on my way home from university on April 18, 2011. I was in my second year of training to be a mental health nurse, and my partner Tom and I had just bought a house together in Wakefield. Having finished an overnight shift as part of my placement, I’d popped by the uni campus to drop off an assignment. Waiting at the crowded bus stop outside, I stared down, my eyes fixed on my phone. But suddenly I jolted as I felt what I thought was someone

support of her husband tom*, 31, a service manager, embarked on a fitness challenge that would transform her body and help put the demons of her past to rest. Here tanya, who’s now a life coach, tells new! her incredible story… punching me in my upper arm. I turned around to see a girl with glazed eyes standing behind me, a 12in kitchen knife in her hand, covered with blood. It took a few moments to process that the blood was mine.
ExplodEd artEry The sound of my own screams echoed in my head, before a powerful dizziness pulled me to the floor. “I’m going to die,” I thought, as strange faces crowded around me. “I’ll be lying dead on the bus stop floor.” The next thing I remember was being tended to by an off-duty nurse. She was on her way home from Leeds Royal Infirmary, which was just down the road from the bus stop. I flitted in and out of consciousness as the ambulance arrived and paramedics lifted me on to a stretcher. To this day, I don’t know if I was imagining it but I am sure, as they cut open my clothes, I heard one of them say “murder enquiry”. In hospital, an artery in my arm completely exploded and I needed
y stabbed to look at me now!’ several blood transfusions. The doctor treating me was so upset by it all, he burst into tears. But my training as a nurse came into play and I knew that the more stressed I became, the more I’d bleed. I tried my best, through the excruciating pain, to relax. I must have lost consciousness but when I awoke, Tom was there, tears glistening in his eyes. I was being wheeled in for life-saving surgery. I needed an artery implant and a rebuild of my brachial plexus, the ball that controls your arm. Something told me the doctors had allowed him in to say a final goodbye, as my chances of getting through surgery were slim. “I love you so much,” he said, holding back the tears. Thankfully, nine hours later I was back in the high-dependency unit, still in a lot of pain, but alive. In the days that followed I was consumed with anger. “Why did this happen to me?” I would think. The better I got, the more I became aware of the ugly scars that ran from my left armpit to my wrist. As a teenager, I’d struggled with body dysmorphia and the confidence I’d built up since was gone. But there was worse news. “I am afraid you will never regain function in your left arm,” said the consultant. While the surgeons had kept it intact, it just hung by my side. I’d be forced to quit nursing and was facing a future as a disabled person. Meanwhile, 26-year-old Rebecca Jackson, the girl at the bus stop, had been arrested and charged with attempted murder, but with diminished responsibility due to mental health issues. It is somewhat ironic that she had stabbed me, given my chosen occupation. Even through my post-traumatic stress disorder, I understood that she was ill and was able to forgive her. I discharged myself from hospital after eight days and, with the help of physiotherapy and counselling, started to feel better. Although Tom became my carer,

In April 2014, I decided to try Herbalife’s 90 Day Body Transformation. Their ethos is to improve yourself in 90 days. I trained every day using weights to sculpt my body while eating huge portions of healthy food, alongside protein shakes. Within a year I managed to slim down to a size 6. But the most incredible result was the function in my arm – it came back 95 per cent! It wasn’t easy, though. In one training session, I dropped a barbell on my face because my arm gave way, but I never once gave up. To celebrate my achievements, I decided to pose for a photo shoot in April last year. I was so nervous as I peeled off my clothes, but standing in front of the cameras, I felt totally gorgeous. Lucas now calls me “superwoman” when he sees me swinging kettlebells in the living room. He doesn’t know about the attack, but if he ever asks, I will tell him the truth. I still can’t use my thumb, but in every other way I can function “normally”. I feel like me again, albeit a fitter version! Mentally, shaping up has helped me so much, too. Exercise releases endorphins and I feel like I can take on the world. Recently, I even managed to go back to the bus stop where it happened. My attack will always be a part of me, but it doesn’t define who I am. I now feel positive about what the future holds.

there’s no mention of booze in your daily diet. Do you drink alcohol? I do, but on the weekend. It’s casual drinking. If I drink I choose tequila or a cocktail with no sugar so it’s super bitter. I choose healthy options and I always make healthy decisions whenever I’m out. What’s your current exercise regime? I go to the gym three to four times a week and do a lot of ab and glute work. When I’m really into it, I don’t ache so much because I get used to it. But when I’ve just got back after a week away – for example from a shoot – then it hurts. Do you have a personal trainer? Yes. My personal trainer is really good and full of motivation. What’s your favourite part of your body? My bum. And your least favourite part? I try to work on my stomach. It’s pretty good, but it can bloat. I have to work on it the most. You’re in great shape – have you ever had any cosmetic surgery? No, I haven’t. It would be nice to get things done so I wouldn’t have to work hard, but right now

I’m not really looking into anything. I think being natural is good if you can put the hard work in. if you were going to have a takeaway what would you choose to eat? Either Chinese or sushi. Do you have time to cook? Yeah, I always cook myself something healthy and I cook for my parents, too. They have different tastes – my dad likes traditional English and my mum likes hot food, so I cook a bunch of different stuff. What would you cook to impress a first date? Something fancy, maybe a steak with dauphinoise potatoes and some nice roasted vegetables. Do you have a favourite restaurant? Novikov in London’s Mayfair. I love their fish. Are there any foods you can’t stomach? I don’t really like junk food – things like pizza and greasy foods. follow demi on instagram at @demirosemawby

I’ll either have a coffee with regular milk and no sugar, a glass of orange juice or a vitamin C drink.” NUTRITION CONSULTANT IAN MARBER SAYS, “Porridge is a good source of fibre, but honey is similar to sugar once eaten, so it should be limited in much the same way. Juice can also be a source of sugars, but drinking it with a fibre and protein-rich meal helps offset the sugars.”
LUNCH “I had a mixed leaf salad with prawns, low-fat prawn cocktail sauce and avocado.” IAN SAYS, “Low-fat sauce is usually higher in sugars. It’s better to use normal sauce, but less of it. Avocado is rich in monounsaturated fats and vitamin E as well as some protein, while prawns are rich in iodine, so they’re good for thyroid function.” SNACKS “I eat almonds,
banana and strawberries. I avoid salted nuts as they cause bloating. I have green tea throughout the day and I try to drink at least two litres of water.” IAN SAYS, “Salt intake needs to be monitored for many reasons, but it doesn’t cause bloating. But unsalted nuts are ppreferable as there’s enough salt in a regular diet. Green tea is rich in catechins with antioxidant properties.”

M y tin y mission
Right, I’m on a real mission to lose weight. I’ve lost 5lbs so far this month and I’m convinced it’s because I’m not drinking alcohol. My face is already a lot less bloated. Yes, I’ve been going to the gym every day, but I’ve also been eating really clean. My plan is to lose another 6lbs by the end of next month. At the moment I weigh about 10st 7lbs, but I’d love to get back down to 9st. I want to be tiny again! I’m hoping by around March I will be. I’m not even bothered about
having a big bum any more. Nothing has really triggered it – I’ve just changed my mind. It’s a new challenge, but I’m not gonna lie, it’s hard and I’m starving! I’m not eating big meals, I’m literally eating cans of tuna with a few carbs. Chicken is even a treat, ha ha. I’ve also been mixing up my exercise. Instead of just doing weights and using cardio machines like the treadmill, I’ve been swimming – my aim is to do at least 60 lengths in the pool – and going for long, brisk walks. Watch this space!
Here comes tHe bride – not! Can I just confirm that I’m not planning a wedding to Joey. What utter rubbish! The magazine that wrote that also said Joey could be out of prison next month – that’s not true either. And in response to another mag that claimed I want to get married “behind bars” – no way! I’m not insane. Who would actually do that? It’s depressing. I want a big wedding with all my friends and family there, and that won’t happen until Joey’s out full-time.
I got papped leaving the prison recently and a news website said the ladies I was pictured leaving with were members of Joey’s family. What?! I have no idea who they are! We just happened to be leaving at the same time. I’m always on my own when I visit Joey. They also claimed I was upset, but I wasn’t at all. It was a really good visit so I had nothing to be sad about.

HOme TruTHs I got really upset watching my In Therapy episode last Wednesday, but it was a good type of emotional. It’s done, it’s out there now and people know the truth. I opened up a lot more than I thought I would, but at the end of the day it’s me voicing my opinion. What I said wasn’t meant to upset or offend anyone – it was therapy about things that have gone on in my life and everything I said was true. I was inundated with really kind messages on Twitter, which meant a lot. Katie Price tweeted me a really nice message, as did Gemma Collins and Georgia Kousoulou. Before the show, I uploaded a post on Instagram about

Joey because there are still so many misconceptions about him. To be honest, I did it more for him than me because he’s finding all of this quite difficult. He doesn’t want people to think he’s a bad person. He knows he’s made mistakes but he’s paying for them in prison. I know a lot of people don’t understand, but I didn’t just jump into a relationship with him. I know more about him from the short amount of time we’ve been talking than any of my exes.
GOOD RIDDANCE I’m still loving this year’s CBB! I was quite glad James Jordan was voted out so quickly – not in a horrible way, but because he’s such a game player. I don’t dislike him, but I don’t think he actually understands what banter is, even though he thinks he’s great at it!

ere’s a sobering stat: we spend an average of 99,117 hours at work during our lifetimes, and four out of five of us work in an office. Accepting a slice of cake to celebrate a colleague’s birthday might seem like a fairly harmless act, but when you work in an office of 50 people or more, that quickly becomes a lot of cake. Soon, treating ourselves becomes a habit and, before you know it, you’re getting stuck into a daily slice of lemon drizzle. “Managers want to reward staff for their efforts, colleagues want to celebrate special occasions and workers want to bring back a gift from their holidays,” says Prof Nigel Hunt, dean of the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons. “But for many people, the workplace is now the primary site

You might think your boss is flying the flag for motivation when they bring in an array of sugary snacks, but they could be doing anything but. “There’s a lot of social pressure when you look at eating cake or sweets in the office,” says eating and behavioural therapist James Lamper from Weightmatters.co.uk. “It’s about feeling part of the group and not being the odd one out who says ‘no’. Also, if our boss, who we want to please, buys the cake, then people may indulge just to be compliant, even if it is against their practices.” Having sweet treats in our eyeline also sets us up to fail, especially in a stressful working environment. “As stress hormone cortisol rises in our bodies, we get hungrier,” says James. “Eating something sugary will momentarily new-magazine.co.uk

break the stress and relax us – but it won’t last.” Ironically, sugar-packed snacks will leave you feeling more stressed and even hungrier, so you’re more likely to reach for another cake – and thus the cycle continues. “These foods will shoot blood sugar levels up and then they come crashing down,” says dietitian Faith Toogood. “It’s the enemy of good concentration and focus at work.”

The Faculty of Dental Surgery released formal tips to office managers to make changes within the working environment. They included considering low-sugar alternatives to ordinary cakes, reducing portion sizes and keeping a “sugar schedule” as well as making sure sweet treats aren’t visible at all times. “There’s an element of tough love needed here,” says Tam Fry. “We know it’s all well meaning, but the really helpful thing is to stop offering foods that will not benefit your employees’ health.” Managers should also speak to their staff and ask them if they

In terms of productivity, it makes more sense to eat the types of foods that fuel the brain, such as slow-release carbohydrates, or snacks high in protein. “Be the one to challenge your system,” says Faith. “Instead of cake, bring in fruit, nuts and seeds. If you’re a boss, do your bit and have healthy food readily available. This will improve concentration and productivity. ‘My sick stepd abused me for 10 years’ Brave Lauren Thomas tells how she finally plucked up the courage to report her stepfather to the police after he sexually assaulted her for years…
A
s a little girl, Lauren Thomas didn’t have a care in the world. That was up until she was seven years old, when she suffered a sickening assault at the hands of her stepdad, Samuel Langton. For ten years, the lorry driver, now 57, raped and sexually abused her repeatedly. eventually, she could hide the secret no more, and bravely spoke out. Langton was sentenced to 16 years in jail last year. here, Lauren, 20, a housekeeper from Wavertree, Liverpool, tells new! her tragic story…
“Let’s go inside,” my stepfather Samuel smiled, ruffling my hair. I was seven and we’d been playing football in the garden like we always did. I trusted Samuel, the only dad I’d ever known. He taught me to walk and even potty trained me. But that day, things took a sick, twisted turn. As I walked inside, suddenly Samuel was right behind me. Before I could move away, his hands were on me. I felt his rough fingers force their way into my trousers and underwear and grab me between my legs. Seconds later, he pulled away. He had a strange look on his face. My heart was thumping painfully. “Don’t tell your mum,” he warned. “Unless you want your brothers and sisters taken away?” “I won’t say anything,” I promised him, terrified.
Lauren was just a baby when her mum got together with Samuel

I was eight months old when my mum, now 37, started dating Samuel, who lived next door. I never knew my real dad. Samuel and my mum never married or even lived together – the set-up suited them – but he was my stepdad. He was loud and boisterous, always playing games with me and my five younger siblings – the children Mum had with him after they got together. Unfortunately, Mum had suffered nerve damage in her spine after a car accident in her mid-twenties. She was laid up on the sofa a lot, and Samuel was in charge of giving her painkillers that allowed her to do everyday things like the school run. Then when I was seven, his caring nature changed. After that terrifying incident, I fled back home next door, plastering on a smile before walking past Mum on the sofa. “Is Samuel coming over with my painkillers, Lauren?” she asked, wincing in pain. “I’m not sure,” I replied. I ran to my room and curled up in bed, trying to block out the assault. But after that, Samuel always found ways to corner me. Over the next seven years, he molested me a couple of times a week, touching and groping. I was desperate to tell someone, but too scared. By the time I was 14, he was destroying my self-esteem too, policing what I wore and who I went out with.
“You look like a little tramp,” he’d sneer. “You’re sleeping around.” I shrugged off his nasty, disgusting comments, but I felt such shame. The thought of someone discovering the truth about my sick home life was Samuel was terrifying – yet I feared sentenced to 16 years in prison people could tell just by looking at me. Crackanory’s back, with three of TV’s biggest stars on board CraCkanory
Monday January 30, 10pm, Dave
O
nce upon a time there existed a kids’ show called Jackanory, in which famous faces sat in an armchair and read a story to viewers. Ask your parents (or indeed your grandparents) and they’ll recount tales of Prince Charles, Judi Dench and Joanna Lumley taking turns reading to the masses on BBC1. It truly was a novel idea (sorry). The show hasn’t been on our screens since 2006, but three years ago, those canny folk over at Dave made an adult version called Crackanory, in which cute children’s fairytales were replaced by darker, naughtier books and read by some of the biggest comedians in the country. Unsurprisingly it was a huge success, and it’s now back for a fourth series, with some seriously good storytellers on board, such as Bob Mortimer, Dara ó Briain and Mackenzie Crook. But we’re far more excited at the prospect of some fine female talent taking to the armchair, including Anna Friel, Sheridan Smith and Mel Giedroyc. Here, the ladies tell us about their Crackanory stories and which celeb they’d like to read to them…

‘You’ve got to have a gReat imagination!’ Actress Anna channels her talents into her storytelling…
AnnA What makes a great storyteller? Friel I think it helps if you’re musical, because there’s so much musicality to telling a story, and a good voice quality – and the main thing obviously is having a great imagination. What is your Crackanory story about? It depends on how much you want me to give away. I’d say that ultimately it’s a love story, a tragic love story, and how much you’re willing to give for that love. A man has been frozen and wakes up 100 years later, and we find out that he holds the power to get rid of a disease. But who is he helping at the end of the day? That’s more the story. What is your favourite story of all time? I love stories that centre around a wonderful heroine, so I’d have to say Anna Karenina.

What do you mean you can’t turn on the TV without seeing Calum Best’s mug staring back at you? The guy’s gone down a storm on Celebrity Big Brother, and Channel 5, never one to milk a good thing, has now stuck him in a room with a therapist, where he begs her to help him shed his playboy image. Obviously, there must be a reason behind his booze battles, womanising ways and inability to trust people, and Mandy Saligari is determined to get to the bottom of it. Expect tears.
ZoneIN ‘I’d love Sean Bean to read to me!’ The former Bake Off presenter wants a book from Bean…
mel GiedRoyC
What is your Crackanory story about? It’s about a woman called Greta. She works in IT, she’s a geek, and she falls in love online with a man called Brian. She doesn’t want to send her own photo to Brian because she doesn’t think she looks enticing enough, so she finds another person to pretend to be her. What do you think makes a great storyteller? Someone who can hold your attention and keep you there just by the power of their voice. It’s all about the voice, darling – the vocal training! Luckily I have trained especially for Crackanory, so I will be providing a very special timbre to keep the audience on their seats. Who is your favourite storyteller of all time? I don’t know if he’s ever told any stories, but I love Sean Bean’s voice, and I would love him to come to my house personally and tell me a few stories, maybe within the confines of my darkened room.
‘I’m the worSt Storyteller In hIStory!’ n SheRida Smith
The super-shy star is nervous about telling her tale…
What makes a great storyteller? Anyone but me! I’m the worst storyteller in the history of storytelling, but I’m sure it’ll be well edited together. I reckon the best storyteller would probably be Barack Obama, someone charismatic and powerful like that.
Who’s your favourite storyteller of all time? I’d like to say Kathy Burke because she’s my idol and she portrays comedy and heartbreak. She can make people laugh and cry. What’s your Crackanory story about? It’s about why you shouldn’t lie and why you should be true to yourself. It’s about someone who tells themselves they’re going to use a lie to fulfil their potential. With hilarious consequences, of course.

Love Island ’s Zara Holland on her passion for Corrie, Clancy and Cowell…
Who would play you in a film about your life? Miranda Kerr, because I love her and I think we have a similar shaped face. Plus, she was a Victoria’s Secret model and I’ve always wanted to be one. Have you ever binge-watched a box set? No, I’ve never watched a box set in my life. I don’t really get it. I feel like I don’t really have time. I’ve watched Friends, but I’ve never gone out and bought a box set. What about Netflix? I don’t have Netflix. I prefer to watch Coronation Street. Who’s on TV too much? Hmm. I’d probably say Vicky Pattison. And who isn’t on TV enough? Me! What was the last book you finished? [Laughs] I hate books. I can’t read. No, I can read, but I just don’t really feel like I have the time. The only time I’ve ever read a full book in my life was when I was in lockdown for Love Island. I read Abbey Clancy’s autobiography. Have you ever pretended to like a book to impress someone? No, I think I’m far too honest. Even if it was to the author, I’d say it was rubbish. Have you ever walked out of a film before the end? No, but I would have liked to walk out of Pride, Prejudice And Zombies – it was so boring! It was the premiere, so I couldn’t really leave. If you could have an X Factor-style panel to judge your life choices, who would be on it? Simon Cowell, because he says it how it is and honesty is good. I’d say my mum, because she’s always right, and Sam Faiers, because I’ve always been a fan of hers. Plus I think she’s a really good role model – she’s a mummy and she’s got a shop like mine!

Paranoid We love a whodunnit as much as the next person, and Paranoid ticks all the right boxes when it comes to a proper juicy crime drama. The subject matter is bleak – the stabbing of a mother in a children’s playground is never going to make for a feel-good story – but this eight-part ITV series stands apart, thanks to the seemingly simple investigation turning out to be all sorts of complicated. Game Of Thrones star Indira Varma plays the lead cop juggling the double whammy of trying to solve the murder while dealing with the fact that she just got dumped. Still, at least she gets to take her mind off her heartbreak by travelling around Europe chasing down bad guys. Every cloud and all that.

WHAT’s IT All ABouT?
Mark Renton (McGregor) returns home to Edinburgh 20 years after ripping off his mates in a drug deal. While he’s been living in Amsterdam with a wife and steady job, he discovers his former pals have not been so lucky. Spud (Bremner) is still addicted to heroin, Sick Boy (Lee Miller) has resorted to blackmailing clients with his prostitute girlfriend, and prison inmate Begbie (Carlyle) has just had his parole appeal turned down.
WHAT’s good?
Fans of the first film won’t be disappointed – this is an exhilarating, moving and bold piece of cinema by director Danny Boyle. There’s a throbbing soundtrack coupled with brilliant visuals and standout turns from the four leads. Carlyle is every bit as terrifying as the psychopathic Begbie, while Bremner’s performance as the unlikely hero is the most heart-warming.
WHAT’s BAd?
You’ll need a strong stomach for some of the scenes, although generally it’s a bit safer and less shocking than the original. This is more of a study of nostalgia and mid-life crises than addiction, so it might appeal more to fortysomethings than millennials.

We fear soaps are getting too predictable – it’s now a given that every wedding should contain some element of disaster or tragedy (for a particularly harsh example, just look at EastEnders actually killing off bride Ronnie just hours after saying “I do”). This week it’s Billie and VJ’s turn to walk down the aisle and, naturally, there are several hiccups to deal with when their big day finally comes around. Forget Geordie Shore, it was all about Geordie phwoar when Gaz hit the beach in Dubai. The hunk, 28, showed off his winter tan and shredded abs during the romantic break with model girlfriend Emma McVey. Revealing his slushy streak, loved-up Gaz treated his 24-year-old missus to a helicopter ride – so she could see he’d written “Gaz loves Emma” in gigantic letters in the sand. Aww, what a softie! Fingers crossed we’ll get to see more of Gaz’s buff bod in his new TV show, Spring Break With Grandad, on MTV from February 6!

IS JESS A FAKE?!
How naughty has Jessica Cunningham been in the CBB house?! In her new! interview, she was chatting about being loved-up with fellow Apprentice candidate Courtney (‘Courtney’s already used the L-word!’, issue 708) – then she’s lusting over Calum Best! I can’t figure out what’s real and what’s fake, or is she just making hay while the sun shines? Trisha, Leicester
It was great to read your interview with Brendan Cole (‘I’m a jealous husband!’, issue 708). I’ve had the blues ever since Strictly Come Dancing finished before Christmas – Saturday nights just aren’t the same. I really hope he lands the job of head judge on the panel – he’d be brilliant at it! Chris, Cornwall

Kendall Jenner is the most beautiful of all the Kardashian/ Jenner girls and that’s why I get upset when I read about her messing about with her looks (OMG! Kendall’s morphing into Kris, issue 708). Kendall is naturally gorgeous and at the young age of 21, she doesn’t need any cosmetic work done. Tijhana, Merseyside You’re right, Kendall has been genetically blessed – let’s hope she doesn’t overdo it! A fab collection of So Eco make-up brushes, worth over £50, is on its way to you.

EXPRESS YOUR SELFIE!
Dance Dance Dance presenter Will Best tells how he uses his baby nephew to get likes on instagram…
hi Will! You don’t take many selfies do you? I don’t! Why is that? Because, is it not a bit weird? I made a documentary on this called Death By Selfie. I just think it seems like showing off. Tell us the story behind this pic… I was trying to look like a sensitive uncle, but I look like I’m terrified. This is my sister’s second baby – Leo. He’s a funny shape. He’s got the puffiest little cheeks. His head is like an over-inflated rugby ball! how many other nieces or nephews do you have? I’m one of four children and I’ve got six nephews. I never
thought my family had that much testosterone! did you pose with a baby just to get a lot of likes?! I’m just not very good at social media. Basically almost everything that I do on Instagram is calculated for likes. I learned very quickly that if I put up a picture of a puddle in Hackney, no one gives a shit. But I put up a picture of me holding a baby and it gets 600-plus likes. When was this picture taken? It was the day after Boxing day. I was walking out the door and realised that I hadn’t yet utilised my new baby nephew for Instagram purposes. I thought, “Give me the baby, they are going to love this shit.” do you take any proper selfies? no. Aren’t you very confident? I think I’m just surprisingly shy. That seems interesting for a TV presenter… I think I’m too self-critical. It would take me hours!

I’ve lost 3 stone in 3 months just 1 stone to go to get back to my pre pregnancy weight... Tuesday, January 17 Paddy’s model wife looks unbelievable after giving birth to their third child in September!
have you ever posted a picture then regretted it? I’ve written captions that I’ve regretted. I once put, “What you can’t tell from this picture, is that I’d just shat my pants.” My mum messaged me after saying, “Why have you ruined that lovely picture with such a horrible caption?” how many hours a day do you spend on social media? Too many. There’s an app you can get called Moments, which limits your usage of your own phone. a friend recommended it to me.
Who’s the best celeb you’ve ever had a selfie with? The most recent one was alan Halsall who plays Tyrone in Coronation Street. He’s married to Lucy-Jo Hudson who’s on Dance Dance Dance. If I got a picture with Brad Pitt no one would give a shit, but a picture with Tyrone and people were beside themselves.
