Retail Ribbon-Cutting Ceremonies with Grays Harbor Chamber of Commerce Friday, June 23, 2023, 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM | Meet at Frontager’s Social on Seabrook Avenue.

Seabrook’s summer of ‘23 is history in the making! We’ve broken ground on Pacific Landing, fusing urbanism and ocean views into townhouses, condos, cottages, and retail live-works.

We have the opening of Fresh Foods Market, your full-service, neighborhood grocer, operating daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

There’s the new Sunrise Pool and Fitness Center, of which the gym is open and the pool is set to open in days. Finally, we have five ribbon cuttings and one unveiling. We celebrate two retail expansions: Frontager’s Social and Vista Bakeshop, and three grand openings: PONDR | men’s clothes and accessories, Blue Juice & Salad Bar, and Fresh Foods Market. We top off the ribbon cuttings with the unveiling of a brand-new mural sponsored by the Museum of the North Beach.
