We agree! This Seabrook-born and raised pizza company brings wild ingredients of the Olympic Peninsula, artisan products grown and produced in the region, and traditional cooking with every dish they make.
Seabrook ‘found’ the owners in 2014, and it all began in a 1939 Chevrolet Farm Truck, with a wood-fired brick oven. In 2016, the truck turned into a rustic, family-friendly pizzeria with an evolving menu that looks beyond pizza; offering classic Italian (or, Italian-American) items like focaccia, stromboli, roasted olives, Italian sodas – and salads, PNW beers, + wine on tap.
Along with Frontager’s Bar, is the new outdoor seating deck for those fab fall days.
