fundraising plans for the year, all in aid of her chosen charity the Kent Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance – a worthy cause that is very personal for her.

Elections for the 2020-2021 Deputy Young Mayor were paused at Seaford Head School due to the school’s closure. However, the 2019-2020 Young Mayor, James Jenkins kindly agreed to stand in as a deputy for Chanel and support her activities until the elections can take place.

Chanel is quoted as saying, ‘I would like to thank James Jenkins for everything he has taught me over the past year. It has been amazing to work with him and be his deputy. I have learnt so much and congratulate him on his achievements.’

Chanel has been creative in adapting to the current restrictions which are not going to hold her back as she sets out her plans for fundraising activities which include:
