ABOUT THE SEALINK TRAVEL GROUP The SeaLink Travel Group was established in 1989 when it purchased the ferry operations of Philanderer Ferries that connected the South Australian mainland to Kangaroo Island.

Our Vision is to Showcase Australasia to the World

What was then mainly a single ferry business has now grown into a successful enterprise operating not just transport businesses in Australia and New Zealand, but has also built a significant tourism operations as a coach tour operator, travel wholesaler and retail travel business.

OUR FLAGSHIP BRANDS Kangaroo Island Odysseys provide quality, personalised, small group 4-wheel drive, one to five day wildlife and nature discovery tours. Tours are conducted in English and separately in different languages (Italian, French, German, Spanish, Japanese and Mandarin). Our driver/guides are highly qualified naturalists, biologists and wildlife enthusiasts who have a close affinity to the history, culture and environment of their island. Experience the flexibility offered by small group touring with the chance to get-up-close and personal with native Australian wildlife. SeaLink operate two large, luxurious car and passenger ferries between the mainland and Kangaroo Island. Connecting coach and shuttle services are offered for those not taking their own car. Self-drive packages with ferry and accommodation are our speciality and for those who do not have their own car, we can arrange hire cars either on the mainland or on Kangaroo Island. We offer over 100 accommodation choices from hotel/motel, self-contained and B&B. SeaLink also operate one and two day coach tours taking in all the major highlights of Kangaroo Island.

Kangaroo Island Adventure Tours offers soft adventure, small group touring with excellent accommodation at the SeaLink owned Vivonne Bay Eco Adventures. Set on 206 hectares of pristine Australian bushland with one kilometre of beach. All itinerary details are correct at the time of publishing, however, these can be subject to alteration, sometimes without notice. Ferry, Coach, Touring and Activity options may not operate on Christmas Day. Tours may be affected when part of the itinerary includes the 25th December 2011.

Cancellation of a booking, or part thereof will incur the following fees:

Blackout Periods and Minimum Night Stays: Some accommodation operators over peak periods have blackout dates or minimum night stay requirements. At the time of booking you will be advised if these dates effect your booking.

Hire Cars: If your client is hiring a car on the mainland and plans to take this to Kangaroo Island, ensure you check out the insurance conditions with the hire car company. Any hire car options within SeaLink Travel Group packages are able to be driven to and on Kangaroo Island. These packages are subject to the hire car company’s terms and conditions.

Booking and Final Payments: PRE-PAY AGENTS Final payments must reach the SeaLink Travel Group no later than 30 days prior to travel. ON ACCOUNT AGENTS: It is recommended that you receive final payment from your client no later than 30 days prior as the below cancellation fees will apply.

• More than 30 days before departure no fee applies • Between 7 & 30 days before departure - $50 per person or 50% of total cost whichever is greater • Less than 7 days before departure $50 per person or 80% of total cost whichever is greater • Within 24 hours of departure - 100% of total cost No refunds will be made for services not availed once travel has commenced. All refund claims must be made in writing. Please note operators reserve the right to charge cancellation fees in addition to the above.

Travel Insurance: Holiday plans can be disrupted and cancellation fees can be costly. Travel insurance is inexpensive and highly recommended.

Conditions of Travel and Booking: 1. In these conditions “the Company” means SeaLink Travel Group, its servants and agents and “the passenger” means the passenger booked to travel. Travel must be completed within 12 months of payment. These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and any Australian State. 2. The Company reserves the right to cancel, vary this service in any way, or

substitute any ferry or other means of transport without incurring any liability. 3. Fares, times, schedules and routes are subject to alteration, without prior notice, at the discretion of the Company. 4. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise in the event of cancellation of this service or the abandonment of the service during the course thereof (should the Company or any of its servants or agents decide that such abandonment is necessary) or of any deviation or delay in any service arising from any cause whatsoever. In any such event the Company will not be liable in any way for consequential damage including, but not limited to, the cost of accommodation or for any alternative means of travel which may arise and any additional expense so arising shall be the liability of the passenger. 5. The Company accepts no responsibility for loss of, or damage to, any vehicle being carried for the passenger, or luggage, or for consequential damages arising there-from whether sustained during off-loading or transportation, and whether arising from negligence, malfunction of the vessel or other cause, except to the extent that the exclusion of such liability is prohibited by law.

8. Biosecurity on Kangaroo Island - Please help protect Kangaroo Island and keep it safe from pests and diseases. Do not bring any bee or honey products, unwashed potatoes, vine cuttings, foxes or rabbits onto the island. Penalties may apply.
