SEANC is divided into local districts across the state. New members are assigned to districts based on their work locations or place of residence for retirees. Convention — SEANC holds an annual convention where delegates from each district determine legislative priorities, elect SEANC officers, recognize outstanding members, receive valuable training and raise funds for scholarships.
