Professor Jeff Minneti leads our renowned Academic Resource Center. “I look at lawyers as being social architects. They help create the rules and laws by which we govern ourselves. And those folks have to be representative of the people being governed. We’ve got to do more to bring diverse voices and experiences into the law.” Read more: www.law.seattleu.edu/faculty

Seattle University School of Law has a renowned faculty of teacher-scholars. Our professors are experts in their fields and mentors who are

outstanding leaders for justice. You have the ability to personalize your legal education, and we’ll help you plan the course of study and experiential opportunities to help you meet your goals. Along with the foundational courses all students take, we strive for innovation. First-year students will take a skills lab in which they’ll learn about being a lawyer early in their law school career. And all first-year students work on a real case through the Legal Writing Collaborative.

Law School on Your Schedule We offer a Full-Time Program or Part-Time Program. Part-time students can take classes in the evenings or attend daytime classes twice a week. Because of our year-round academic calendar, you can choose to accelerate your education and earn your degree in two and a half years. You can also get a jump start on your legal education by starting in the summer. All entering students may choose to complete a single Criminal Law class, which will help you transition to law school and lighten your fall course load.

Do you want to specialize in sports, business, or another field?

You can also pair your law degree with a master’s degree in business, public administration, sports administration, criminal justice, or transformational leadership through our joint degree programs with Seattle University. Read more: www.law.seattleu.edu/enrollmentoptions
