Small Eastside company seeks outgoing, optimistic individual to coach and mentor dental surgeons on creating and running continuing education programs in their local communities in the US, Canada and abroad. We are a high-performance, entrepreneurial team dedicated to the vision of our founder to provide the finest in interdisciplinary continuing education to general dentists, hygienists and dental specialists. The successful candidate will have the ability to:             

Listen to clients to get to the root of their challenges, and provide wise counsel. Create appropriate academic programs, budgets and recruiting campaigns for dental professionals. Engage in team and independent decision-making to manage and grow the company's business. Work co-operatively with others in a highly interactive team environment. Maintain composure and professionalism when exposed to stressful situations. Build honest and trusting relationships with clients and co-workers. Understand how to collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, influence management decisions and maintain confidentiality. Present his/her ideas clearly and confidently. Work with little supervision. Take initiative to regularly report to the founder, while managing his/her own workload and pitching in to help co-workers. Lift and carry up to 40 pounds. Work an 8-hour day and longer as is occasionally necessary. Travel outside of Seattle for up to 2 weeks at a time, 2-3 times per year.
