Securitas Security Services of PR, Inc. is searching for three internal candidates for the position of “Shift Supervisor” for Hamilton – Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High school diploma or GED Certificate Skills, Qualification and Requirements:

Preferably a minimum of six to one year of supervisory experience in Pharmaceutical/Manufacturer. Must have ability to prepare supervisory reports. Must have successfully completed Securitas PR, Supervisor’s Academy first module training. (Preferable). Must be able to read, comprehend and comply with regulations, correspondence as well as complete forms and report s as required. Must be bilingual English and Spanish (basic to intermediate knowledge written and spoken). Ability to prepare supervisory incident and accident reports. Must have problem solving, process improvement, communication and organizational skills. Must have experience in using computer MS applications to include.
