Ÿ Biofuels like E10 or E85 are not more dangerous for the user than other types of fuel like petrol, super or diesel! Ÿ The amount of cars which fill up biofuel will increase in the next few years. Ÿ Ethanol can corrode plastic, rubber and aluminium parts and may lead to heavy wear or defects.
Hundreds of specialist distmantlers have informed themselves at the “Hands-on” fair about the newest products of the recycling industry. Three British and two European competitors could be compared with the SEDA products. This highlighted
that our experience, the fully developed and innovative technique and especially the high quality and the service of SEDA is also the industry leader in England. Moreover, the cooperation with JMC has been officially announced. SEDA wants to thank the venue and the MDVA. The show has been highly successful and we are all waiting

In the last months we recognized over and over again that there are a lot of questions concerning the topic biofuel (also called E10 or E85) and there are some adventurous rumors in circulation. We don’t want to tell stories but stick to the facts. Ethanol itself is dangerous but in combination with fuel and the amount included in it, vehicle recyclers must not be frightened, it is not more dangerous than other types of fuel.

A classic example of how a small start can envolve to a higher capacity using SEDA components. At LRP - Autorecycling GmbH at Chemniz the German importer UniSales GmbH had the chance to show, how well thought-out the SEDA modular system is.
THE COMPANY LRP is a modern next-generation disposal specialist and was founded in 1994. The integration of additional and new service areas like towing service and vehicle transport gives customers the opportunity to choose LRP as their certified all-round partner in terms of automotives.
THE CHALLENGE Out of several existing single devices a partly fixed and partly mobile station should be realised. The devices (SEDA Kulis, TankDrillingMachine, etc.), some of them already more than 10 years old, should get updated and integrated in the re-construction.

Using the overhauled Kulis, a new high-performance de-pollution station was created. Therefore stationary pumps, which were directly connected with the tanks, were in use for waste oil and coolant fluid. The result was a significant saving of time due to the absence of decanting.
