Our subsidiaries did a very good job last year too: SEDA-USA developed a very successful platform for the US market. SEDA-Japan achieved the best result since their foundation. SEDA-Turkey completed their first projects successfully. SEDA-Benelux upgraded their well-known customer service to more countries. We are particularly proud of a milestone that has been reached in September 2012: the magical number of 30 million de-polluted ELV tanks without an accident! A great performance of all customers who work with SEDA equipment!

SEDA on the 7th edition of Exposucata in Sao Paulo (BRA).

It has been a very busy 6th meeting of the German Car Dismantler in GER.

Peter Kaltenegger, Key Account Manager of SEDA has joined this year’s traide fair in Sao Paolo. The South American market developes fast.

The annual reunion with many of our customers, the numerous discussions and the good feedback have been the highlights of the meeting 2012.

The customer’s focus – SEDA on the move worldwide

Due to this question, we began to search for answers and made a find. The commodity stock of an average car comes up to about 150 to 200 Euros, its spare

parts stock to about 200 to 300 Euros. The scrap metal with almost 70 percent makes up the largest part. It is followed by spare parts (10%), engine (5%), tires (3.5%), glass (3%), aluminum (2.5%) and plastics (2%). Out of all extracted fluids, the fuel

stands on the first place. The example of the catalyst converter (0.03%) and electric cables (1%) shows very well, that comparatively small deposits can be much worth. Read more in the following chart:

Patrick Rochis, the owner of ROCHIS SARL (France), made an approach to the SEDA importer Re-source Engineering Solutions about the following challenge:

THE COMPANY The company, which was founded in 1982 by Patrick Rochis, has 10 employees today. The drainage rate is situated at 1.500 vehicles per year. Regular acquisitions make sure that the company is always technically up to date.

www.indra.fr

SEDA MDS4 platform with a hydraulic single lifting ramp and DrainTower.

THE CHALLENGE The company needs an all-inone solution for the drainage and the dismantling of end-oflife vehicles. It should be easy to implement, placed under a porch and a not waterproof surface shouldn’t be a problem at all.

THE SOLUTION The SEDA MDS4 platform with a hydraulic ramp, which lift up to 3.5 tons, complies with their request perfectly. All required devices are integrated on the platform, a fixed installation on the floor is not necessary and all liquids flow into separate storage tanks via a sophisticated system of pumps.

“The perfect mobile solution“

Trained partners solve individual and technical requests. The customer satisfaction has priority in this process.
