LRP – Vehicle - Recycling GmbH is a modern next-generation disposal specialist and was founded in 1994. The integration of additional and new service areas like towing service and vehicle transport gives you the opportunity to choose LRP as your certified all-round partner in terms of automotives.
Out of several pre-existing single devices a partly fixed and partly mobile station should arise. The devices (Kulis, Tank Drilling Devices tec.), some of them already more than 10 years old, should get updated and integrated in the reconstruction.
Using the overhauled Kulis, a new high-performance suction station was created. Therefore stationary pumps which were directly connected with the tanks were in use for waste oil and cooling fluid. The result was a significant saving of time due to the absence of decanting.

Since 1993 and already in operation at over 800 dismantlers world wide, the SEDA Mobile represents the most efficient, cost effective and reliable solution for draining all fluids from „End of Life“ vehicles. The System consists of a SEDA TankDrillingMachine, an air powered control unit and six 85 liters kulis with accessories for the efficient removal of the following waste fluids:

The SEDA Mobil system is prepared for a daily drainage up to 12 vehicles. It's modular design which incorporates multi colored vacuum kulis makes it the ideal solution for the smaller yard.

Scrap car De-pollution system The SEDA EasyDrain is an ideal solution to drain End-oflife vehicles (ELV) of all liquids. Individual pumps and specialist draining tools remove virtually all liquids in a safe and efficient manor. Specially developed and focused on smaller dismantlers, the SEDA EasyDrain concept is very successful. The engineering and economic challenge was to find an optimal combination for a clean, efficient, but fast and cost-effective solution. This Drainage station fulfills all this requirements. Balfour Towing & Salvage’s business is located in an extremely beautiful, though remote location. With a total population of only 50,000 within a 4 hours driving radius, end-of-life vehicles are far and few between.
Over the year Mr. Etelamaki accumulates 350 ELVs which needed to be processed in an efficient and environmentally sound manner. One person has to achieve this task and no drop of fluid is allowed to spoil the pristine and ecologically sensitive site.
The SEDA EasyDrain fluid evacuation system in combination with a three column tilting rack evacuates 98% of all fluids within 6-8 minutes. One person can easily processes 30–40 cars per day, safely and efficiently.

The SEDA GearboxDrillingMachine evacuates waste oil by drilling into the oil casings or pans. The height adjustment and drill speed are achieved by means of a gas spring and the foot pedal. Following the drilling process a specially designed rubber boot maintains the suction pressure to allow a virtually spill free drainage. The product is designed to drain waste oils without the need for the operator to attend the process after the initial setup. The Gearbox drill allows an easy and efficient drainage of engines, transmissions and rear differentials without or with compromised drainage plugs. An optional funnel serves an additional time saving convenience to drain waste oils. A short distance of the suction hose is made transparent to allow visual control of the drainage process. Shock absorber evacuation unit The 4 shock absorbers from a vehicle can contain up to 1.5 liters of oil which must be drained. Shock absorbers are not built with drainage screws so draining them can be a problem. SEDA provides a fast and cost effective solution with its new SOG². Powerful multi adjustable grip pliers secure the drilling unit to all sized shock absorbers while the specially designed drill bit creates a drainage hole for oil removal in seconds. Once the hole has been drilled the drill bit is retracted and the oil sucked out of the shock absorber through the SEDA SOG² to a secondary storage container. A suction hose is included with the delivery to remove any remaining oil below the drill hole. The fully revised shock absorber evacuation unit is an evolution of the hugely successful SOG. It features stronger grip pliers, a compact anodized housing and more powerful drilling action. The expanded drill chamber means more shocks can be drilled before removing drill fillings. Shock absorber evacuation unit A better drill advancing device, a new drill bit suited to double chamber shocks, tighter grip on the shock absorber all help to reduce wear on the drill bit. The anodised chamber not only looks smart but is easier to handle and more practical. The stronger grip pliers make it even easier to attach the SEDA SOG² firmly to the shock absorber. The pressure compensation switch is now ideally placed close to the on/off switch. The included fitting kit allows the SOG² to be fitted to any suction device with ease.

LPG Transfer System SEDA’s LPG Recovery System CLASS is the easiest way to exhaust, combust and neutralize LPG from End-of-Live Vehicles (ELV) automatically. This innovative system can be used for suctioning or transferring LPG into storage tanks. It pumps the LPG into a separate bottle. The burner ignition for the remaining gas starts automatically. After that the device refill the gas tank with nitrogen in order to neutralize the system. As a result it looses its power to cause ignition instantly. The solution
From the very beginning in 1928 Stene Stål A/S is one of the biggest metal recycler in Norway. Time has changed over the last years; so the company extended their business and started to drain ELV´s to profit from a new source of raw material.
There was a need of a mobile solution which can build up quickly to start fast with the depollution process. It has to be available inside and outdoor as well. It also should cover the cold Norwegian temperatures in the winter. And they wanted a reliable drainage solution that is pre-pared for the futures demands.
The SEDA 5-STAR Container fulfilled their requirements. Especially with the NORDIC EXproofed electric radiators in the pump houses the station works also in the cold North. The mobile Unit guarantees a quick and uncomplicated transport and is easy to work with it. At last the customer was convinced from the high quality product and the local Olanders service.

Vehicle mounting The SEDA LiftingRamp is a steel construction for the perfect mounting of vehicles. We offer a hydraulic tilting ramp, a fixed version as well as additional two support beams. The 4 ton vehicle ramp can be tilted vertically to access the lowest point of the fuel tank. Drilling allows an extra 1 – 2 liters of fuel per vehicle to be removed. CZ-Eko s.r.o was established in 2009 as the subsidiary of TROTINA Auto s.r.o., a company selling cars and small trucks since 1998. The recycling company will now expand its portfolio and can operate across the Czech Republic.
Due to growing demand for used car drainage, the processes had to be optimised and made faster. Also, storing of hazardous liquids and compliance with local legislation had to be taken into account.
Thanks to the SingleStation from SEDA with special accessories, the workload per vehicle was reduced by more than half while complying with all statutory regulations! With this degree of efficiency, the company would like to rise to the top ten among Czech car recycling businesses. We wish them a lot of success!

Refrigerator Recycling AFR stands for: Automatic Freon gas and Refrigerator compressor oil removing machine. Another brand new innovation from the house of SEDA for the first step of refrigerator recycling. The SEDA AFR is a compact and robust „all in one device“ which drills into the compressor of old refrigerators and automatically sucks out the compressor oil along with the environmentally harmful Freon gas and separate it.
Drip free
Unlike traditional systems which use special pliers to clamp on to the compressors copper feeding hoses, the AFR drills the compressor from underneath which removes 98% of all oil and Freon gas. Plugging the drilled hole after drainage ensures the old compressor stays drip free.
High de-pollution rate
A leak test before drilling guarantees no CFC leakage.

The top model amongst the cooling system test devices with SEDA “three in one“ test function! In addition to pressurizing with the hand pump and/or compressed air the pressure in the system (for early recognition of damage) can be built up by warming of engine. Once the operating temperature has been reached the following can be tested in one operational step: 1: pressure of cooling system, 2: leaks in the cylinder head and 3: ventilator / thermostat.

The pressure build-up in the radiator system takes place as in the 5-StarTester either during the warming up phase without air pressure or with air pressure via the tire inflator. For garages who prefer working with a hand pump we supply a coupling nipple for the connection in the case. With the SEDA system no overpressure can occur because it is protected by overpressure valves. The rest pressure stays in the system.

The Praktiker case is the SEDA entry model with which approximately 80% of all vehicle types can be tested for radiator system pressure and temperature. Extended with the three way distributor, CO2 Tester and reaction fluid the cylinder head seal can be tested with the cooling system test at the same time. All ADAC breakdown service vehicles have been fitted with a SEDA cooling system test case. The SEDA Radiator Tension Clamps set is used for pre-tensioning and fixing of water tanks in the event of exchanging the radiator networks. The clamps can be used for soldered and aluminium/plastic radiators. In addition the clamps are applicable for 95 % of all car, truck and other types of radiators.

In our experience we designed special tools, which faciliate your operations. The SEDA Radiator Cleaning Pistol acts as a high pressure cleaner, which flushes and cleans your radiator. Connect compressed air and water and radiators and ohter devices can be flushed. Due to the 2 included special Attachments, punctual or comprehensive cleaning is possible.

1. The polluted radiator gets filled with hot water and cold cleaning medium. 2. After a short exposure time the Radiator Cleaning Pistol gets pressed on the outlet flansh of the radiator and the pressurisation valve is pressed. 3. This process shall then be repeated at the inlet and afterwards at the outlet according to the degree of pollution.
