2024-2025 Professional Learning Opportunities
Seesaw is proud to partner with BOCES to enhance educational opportunities across New York State. For the 20242025 school year, we’re offering seven Professional Development (PD) sessions to empower educators and improve student outcomes. These sessions will be available in-person and virtually, ensuring convenience for BOCES trainers and coordinators statewide. Seesaw is dedicated to supporting educators’ growth and fostering collaboration. Please note trainers attending a session will receive CTLE credits.
September 26th 11am-12pm EST: Fostering Joyful Learning Experiences with Seesaw (Virtual)
October 1st: 11am-12pm EST: Driving A Successful Seesaw Implementation (Virtual)

October 17th 12:30pm-2:30pm EST: Instructional Magic: High Impact Instruction and Authentic Insights with Seesaw (Onsite @ LHRIC with a light lunch being served at 12pm)
October 24th: 12pm-2pm EST: Seesaw Instruction + Insights Overview - Creating Accessible Learning Experiences + Authentic Assessments and Insights (Onsite @Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES Professional Development Center with a light lunch being served at 12pm)
November 4th 1-2:30pm EST: Instructional Magic: High Impact Instruction and Authentic Insights with Seesaw (Virtual)
November 20th: 11am-12pm EST: Computer Science with Seesaw (Virtual)

What to do prior to the training? Each BOCES trainer must become a Seesaw Pioneer prior to joining a training. Seesaw Pioneer Program
Who can attend? Any BOCES staff member. Participants will leave with materials to support schools and districts with the effective implementation of practices learned.
Sessions: Please note you must register for the training you would like to attend at least one week prior to the sessions (two weeks for onsite sessions).
