Sefton’s Children’s Centres Activities for disabled children and children with additional needs during Summer 2012
All activities are free of charge for families. Many of these activities are funded by Sefton Council via the Aiming High for Disabled Children’s Project . Activities are primarily designed for disabled children of 5 and under and their families, including their siblings. As you will see below, some sessions can cater for children up to the ages of 12. Children must be accompanied by an adult. If you have any queries, please contact the Centre concerned.

1st Outdoor play session with den making activities 8th Cooking session with Gavin from “what’s cooking” 15th As part of our 10am -4pm healthy fun day we have arts and crafts, make your own healthy snack, get a health check and see the animals. We have arranged for children with additional needs to have sole access to the animals between 15:00 and 16:00. You are of course welcome for the whole day. 22nd Possible swimming sessions (to be confirmed).

There are many more inclusive sessions and activities in the Children’s Centre’s you may enjoy.
