An new 5-story residential building: 1st floor for parking, 2nd floor as living space, 3rd for hostess, 4th and 5th for daughters. The 5th floor has high ceiling and mezzanine, and rooftop terrace which can be used as a sun deck.

• Led an entry-level designer to develop design concepts and prepare sketches, diagrams, and renderings to communicate the proposed design to clients.

• Led an entry-level designer to Develop detail drawings and select materials, finishes, and equipment.
