FLIGHT CLUB IS LOOKING FOR NEW MEMBERS TO PARTICIPATE IN A PRESTIGIOUS COMPETITION AIAA DBF is a comeptition organised and hosted by the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. The competition requires teams to design an aircraft that must meet certain requirements each year and then go and participate in the fly-off in the USA, this year held in Arizona.

For this year’s challenge UG DBF must design a tube launched aircraft. If you have an interest in RC planes and would like to develop practical and theoretical abilities and get the chance to visit the USA, please feel free to contact us. If you are unable to attend but still interested in participating you can contact one of our members at management@ugdbf.co.uk Flight club is trying to bring people who are passionate about aerospace field together. Flight Club recently became a EUROAVIA affiliated society. The University of Glasgow is the first and only Scottish university to have accomplished such an achievement. Read more at EUROAVIA.EU
