Arc Energy is an expert leader and will be the embedded network provider of gas and electricity in Dawn.
Will the apartment have NBN?
All apartments will be NBN ready the day you move in.

Fixed charge is $171.41 per quarter.
What exhaust functions are provided?
Ducted, horizontal discharge at each level.

Storage cages will depend on the apartment type.
What are the dimensions of the car spaces?
Car space measurements are approximately:

Can I buy an additional car space?
You may be able to purchase an additional car space. Speak to your Sales Consultant about availability.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed in accordance with the by-laws, generally one fish aquarium, one cat, one dog and one bird per household. Additional pets are permitted subject to agreement with the Owners Corporation; refer to strata by-laws.
What kind of air-conditioning is provided?
Wall mounted air- conditioners are provided in studio units, while ducted systems are available in all other apartments.
What appliance brands are provided?
BOSCH for kitchen, Parisi for tapware. For more information, refer to the full schedule of finishes handout.
Are gas, water and electricity provided to the balconies?
Power will be provided to all courtyards and balconies. Water may be provided to ground floor apartments.
What is the width of the fridge space?
It varies. The space will be enough to fit a single-door fridge for 1- and 2-bedroom units, and a double-door fridge for 3-bedroom units.
What are the wardrobe finishes?
Mirrored sliding doors with joinery and open shelving.
What is the anticipated construction completion date?
2027.
How many towers make up the building?
The building consists of four towers in total.
How many carpark entrances are there?
There is one car park entrance on the southern side of the building.
What is the location in the masterplan?
Dawn is located in the heart of Melrose Park masterplan, adjacent to Central Park.
How many levels are there in each tower?
The levels range from 6-10 storeys across the towers.
What is the distance between Dawn and every other stage?

In accordance with all Australian Standards, only non-combustible cladding is installed on the Dawn towers.

6-minute drive. We have a free Melrose Park Shuttle bus to transport residents to the nearest station.
How far is it to the CBD?
Melrose Park to Sydney CBD is a 30-minute drive or 45-minutes by bus. Parramatta CBD is a 10-minute drive and a 26-minute bus trip.

Clearance heights vary at different points of the basement, however heights will range from up to 3.5-4m.

Yes.

Yes, garbage chutes are provided in corridors on each level.
