HoteliersGuild, a non-profit fully private & independent society for discerning hospitality leaders that pursues its goals through independent networking in close dialogue with its ambassadors and affiliated members, with educational and networking activities, putting a focus on Sustainable Luxury and Responsible Travel, also in close collaboration with selective strategic partners. It is therefore particularly important that all members pursue this task with sincerity, transparency, respect, tolerance and diversity. The code of conduct is primarily intended to prevent situations that could endanger the credibility and independence of our society. The other points of the Code of Conduct are intended as a standard of conduct, to find the answers to the following questions in order to be able to decide whether the conduct is in the interest of the association:
1. does the conduct comply with the general rules of international law, in particular the universal human rights, the Basic Law and other legal obligations?
2. does the procedure serve the purpose of HoteliersGuild?
3. does the procedure comply with the Code of Conduct?
2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
