(Lafite) Aussières Blanc 2019

Region: IGP Pays d'Oc, France

Beautiful, bright, clear colour with pale yellow and green glints. The nose is full-bodied and rich with an aromatic palette of white fruit and citrus notes mingling with a combination of almond blossom and pink grapefruit. On the palate, the wine is round, fresh, and lively with a hint of acidity and slightly mentholated, aniseedy notes. It has the typical minerality and freshness that constitute the identity of Aussières Blanc.

Region: Languedoc-Roussillon, France

Dark red with a beautiful brightness. Open, powerful nose, with the notes of garrigue and clove that are characteristic of wines from Corbières’ best terroirs. After a smooth, fresh attack on the palate, the wine develops more power. Very good, dense structure. Despite their youth, the tannins are already supple and supported by wellintegrated wood.

Deep purple robe with black hints. The nose is complex and discreet, the bouquet will further develop upon ageing. Assertive on the palate, this full-bodied wine shows great persistence and rich flavours. Notes of underwood and spices delicately woven together.
