The scattered units have the possibility of extending and growing horizontally. The leisure grey space in the building is no longer confined to the first floor. It exists in each floor. In front of each house, it can be just a few square meters of space in front of the courtyard house type, or a large transparent terrace vertically spanning three floors, or a roof playground and swimming pool.
As the community continues to change from generation to generation, more specific functions of these gray spaces will change with the use process.

The cross floor space at the side of the building gives residents more possibilities for interaction, and the elderly and children need such a buffer space.
The atrium space is composed of negative shapes of scattered balconies, and you can see the corridor connecting each floor of leisure space.
