The Morgan Rushworth Compact Tower System and Full Height Stacker systems allows you to get the maximum throughput from your Fibre Laser cutting machine. This tower stacker enables you to run machines at faster speeds, with continual loading and unloading of sheet material and cut parts, reducing the amount of time between cuts, and maximising the use of the operator’s time.

The Morgan Rushworth Compact Tower System is easily integrated into your production. Handle mirror-finish sheets with ease, as the efficient compact tower system can load and unload sheets with minimal tooling marks, grease or scratches.

The full size tower is able to store raw material, load sheets for cutting, unload cut parts and automatically cycle through those steps. It’s easy to set-up and quickly installed, with a minimal footprint, enabling fully automatic production.

With a correctly configured system, the Fibre Laser can be left running overnight or on weekends to maximise productivity with lights out manufacturing. This tower is compatible with the Morgan Rushworth XR and XS models of Fibre Laser cutting machines

The Morgan Rushworth BLT Tube Fibre lasers are capable of processing up to 6,100mm tubes. With a maximum part length of 4,000mm, this machine can handle large and small parts with ease.

Featuring the Precitec Light Cutter 3D, the system can handle a multitude of profiles, including Round, Rectangular, Triangular, C, U, L, Elliptical, Obround and Custom Shapes, with diameters minimum of Ø16 up to a maximum of Ø214 mm.

Optional additions includes bevel cutting and automated loading and unloading systems.
