BP Manual Box & Pan Folder

The heavy duty Morgan Rushworth Manual Box and Pan Folders are available in a range of sizes from 1270mm wide up to 3050mm. Intended for working with mild steel sheet metal, they have a capacity of up to 2.5mm thick except on the 3 metre model which accepts 2mm.

All models feature 45° hardened and ground segmented fingers allowing both straight and box & pan folding in a range of materials. The counterbalance weights assist the operator, especially with repetitive cycles.

The Morgan Rushworth SBT manual folders have been designed with versatility as the first priority. Segmented high box tools, segmented folding beam tools and segmented bed tools ensures that as many different types of folds, such as Z’s can be completed as possible.

This is unlike traditional box and pan folders that have segmented fingers only. A vertical clamping stroke of 200mm also ensures that bends on deep boxes can be performed that would normally be impossible due to collision. Quick release tooling with fast treadle clamping further adds to the capability of the SBT folding machines.
