ASBR Powered Sheet Bending Rolls
The Morgan Rushworth ASBR Powered Bending Rolls build on the heavy duty design of the smaller SBR models by adding standard features such as powered pre-bending roll adjustment and induction hardened rolls as standard. The asymmetric design provides pre-bending capability on the machine and the top slip roll allows quick removal of cylindrical components.
An optional digital read out can be fitted to the pre-bending roll for repeatability.

ASBH Powered Hydraulic Bending Rolls
Features and Benefits
The Morgan Rushworth ASBH Hydraulic Bending Rolls are a powerful, heavily constructed model with a high standard specification including induction hardened rolls and cone bending attachment.
The asymmetrical design with hydraulic back roll adjustment allows easy pre-bending of the material on the machine.
The ASBH models are available in capacities ranging from 650mm to 3100mm bending length and 80mm to 250mm roll diameters.

DPBM-4 Powered Hydraulic Bending Rolls
Features and Benefits
The Morgan Rushworth DPBM-4 range of rolls have been designed to bend thin sheets and medium size plate material up to a width of 3100mm. The 4 roll design allows for double pre-bending with its powerful linear action hydraulic cylinders. The lower roll is hydraulically raised to ‘pinch’ the material which greatly assists the operator for precision bending. The hydraulic drop end allows you to remove the tubular components effortlessly.
The standard machines have three digital readouts to indicate the position of all the moving rolls, whilst the optional NC controller can be programmed for accuracy and volume production.
Machine Features
• DRO for all three movable rolls
• Powered lower roll rotation with Cardan joint system and hydraulically raised higher and lower
• Welded steel construction
• Induction hardened rolls
• Safety trip wire around the machine
• Cone bending device
• Mobile control panel
• Hydraulic driven top roll with lower roll driven through planetary gearbox. (275mm & 300mm top roll models)
• Hydraulic drop end with top roll tilt for easy material removal (275mm & 300mm top roll models)
Optional Equipment
• CNC/NC Controller
• Hydraulic side supports
• Two speed rotation
• Hydraulic central support
