Features and Benefits
The DPBH-4 hydraulic bending rolls are available with roll diameters ranging from 280mm up to the large 680mm machines. The 4 roll design is extremely powerful, with 3 of the rolls hydraulically driven and the fourth lower roll hydraulically adjusted up and down to pinch the material into position. This feature greatly assists the operator, especially during multiple radius bending as the work piece is always held.
All models have hydraulic drop end and are supplied with DRO to all three adjusting rolls to indicate roll position.

The MG 2-roll bending machines are designed for the production rolling of complete cylinders in sheet metal material and are available in a range of length and thickness capacities.
The urethane rubber coated lower roll provides immediate pre-bending of the material, while the upper roll can be fitted with a larger mandrel to achieve a particular diameter.
A complete cylinder is finished in one pass and is left with a minimal flat part resulting in very fast cycle time to a completed component.

• Fast bending cycle
• Hydraulic pinching of lower roll
• Hydraulic drop end for component removal
• Electro welded and stress relieved frame construction
• Permanent lubrication system; all parts are lubricated and sealed during assembly
Optional Equipment
• Top roll mandrels in a range of diameters

The line of 3 roll bending machines is reliable and tested, with three driving rollers with hydraulic double pinching that guarantee a precise and constant drag of the material. Easy to use and accurate in executing shell rings, it boasts a unique versatility thanks to the exclusive MG planetary geometry.
The parallelism of the side rolls is controlled by a torsion bar system that connects both sides’ ends, eliminating the disadvantage of delicate and unreliable encoders. The rolls are driven by hydraulic motors and high-efficiency planetary gearboxes, coupled directly on the rolls. The MG solution reduces the dispersions of the applied force generated by the various components’ frictions.

The MG 4 roll ‘series M’ models range from 70mm roll diameter for precise bending of thin sheet up to a high capacity 680mm roll diameter for rolling large plate in heavy industry. With over fifty years of experience in bending roll technology, MG have perfected design and best manufacturing methods to produce a truly world class machine.
The planetary design of the side rolls reduces unnecessary friction compared to the prevalent linear movement eliminating wear and lubrication issues. The bottom roll ‘pinches’ the material enabling full control of the material by the operator at all stages of the rolling process. Optional NC and CNC controllers are available with worldwide online software support.
