OneWelbeck is situated at 1 Welbeck Street in the heart of London’s Marylebone area. Its convenient location, minutes from Bond Street and Oxford Circus, makes it easily accessible from all major central London destinations, from Heathrow and nearby Paddington to the west, and the City of London and Canary Wharf to the east.

Occupying 50,000 square feet over nine fl oors, OneWelbeck‘s bespoke clinics are self-contained centres of excellence in their own right. Each medical specialty has its own dedicated space, designed with the look and feel of a cosmopolitan boutique hotel.

 complete their pre-assessment survey on their device in their own time;

 discover important information about their appointment, investigations and procedure;

 access their tailored, postprocedure aftercare plan;

 monitor their progress, with their clinician’s input;

 stay on track with their recovery and rehabilitation.

Supplementing the app is our online patient portal, which enables patients to book and change appointments, view test results, and access information anywhere, at any time.

Imaging & Diagnostics

OneWelbeck’s Imaging & Diagnostics Centre is a beacon of excellence, off ering an array of investigations to support our clinicians in accurately and quickly diagnosing your condition.

Whether you’re visiting as a walk-in or outpatient, or for day surgery, you will benefi t from our state-of-the-art imaging facilities and diagnostic services. And, because our services are consultant-led, you’ll be able to have any tests you need – and, in most cases, get the results too – on the same day.

Surgery Centre

The OneWelbeck Surgery centre spans 6,000 square feet and occupies the fi rst fl oor of our fl agship building. In our three spacious, state-of-the-art laminar fl ow theatres, our surgical team performs a range of minimally invasive day-case surgeries across all specialties: cardiac; respiratory; ear, nose & throat; endocrinology; gastroenterology, orthopaedic; and women’s health.

Expert clinicians work together to devise comprehensive pre-assessment and postprocedure management plans.

Multi-modal anaesthesiology – where tailored, clinically advanced drug combinations are given to minimise pain and reduce side effects – means patients recover faster.

Together with our advanced facilities, this expertise means we can often perform as day cases surgeries that are routinely carried out as inpatient procedures elsewhere. For patients, that means they’ll be recuperating in the comfort of their own home the very same day.

Digestive Health & Surgery

As the first of our clinics to launch, OneWelbeck Digestive Health is a centre of excellence in the diagnosis, treatment and management of all gastrointestinal problems and diseases, founded by a group of revered doctors, each of whom is an expert in their sub-specialist field.

Our clinicians perform a range of tests, such as: anorectal manometry; endoanal ultrasound; helicobacter pylori breath test; and virtual colonoscopy. Most patients with a gastrointestinal condition don’t require surgical intervention. But, if surgery is needed, patients will have access to a group of 13 hand-picked surgeons at OneWelbeck. Making use of advanced technology, our surgeons can perform the latest minimally invasive procedures to treat many conditions, enabling patients to go home and recuperate the same day.

Endoscopy Centre

Set on the second floor of OneWelbeck is our bespoke Endoscopy centre, which opened as part of our Digestive Health centre of excellence in July 2019. It boasts four advanced procedure rooms, all of which are furnished with market-leading equipment to perform a full range of endoscopic procedures, including: colonoscopy; gastroscopy; flexible sigmoidoscopy; endoscopic ultrasound; and bronchoscopy.

We have worked tirelessly to ensure that having any endoscopic procedure at OneWelbeck is as comfortable and stressfree as possible. Thanks to significant input from our expert clinicians, the suite was designed and purpose built to deliver care that is patient-centric, safe and efficient.

Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine

At our Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine centre, we boast a truly integrated team of orthopaedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians and radiologists. This means that conservative treatment will always be tried first, where appropriate, and patients don’t have to travel between different sites and undergo multiple referrals. Our clinicians form sub-specialty teams focusing on particular areas, including: shoulder; hand and wrist; foot and ankle; hip and knee; pain management; spine; and sports injuries.

Cardiology

The doctors behind the OneWelbeck Heart Health centre have been assembled based on their hard-earned international reputations and expertise. Together, they cover the major London teaching hospitals and leading cardiac services, and make up the largest independent cardiology group in the UK.

Our facilities are designed with patients’ needs firmly in mind, offering the majority of tests in a single visit and often making results available the same day.

Respiratory Health

OneWelbeck Respiratory Health is located alongside our Heart Health centre on the third floor to provide a fully integrated cardiothoracic centre of excellence. With a team of internationally renowned sub-specialists at the helm, we offer outpatient consultation and non-invasive testing for conditions such as: interstitial lung disease; cough and breathlessness; pulmonary hypertension and embolism; infectious disease; lung cancer; and obstructive sleep apnoea.

Ear, Nose & Throat

The best ENT clinicians typically subspecialise in the ear, nose or throat, rather than broadly treating all three areas. The OneWelbeck ENT centre of excellence provides expertise across the entire breadth of all three fields. Our hand-picked team of sub-specialists comprises top physicians, surgeons, radiologists and therapists who are each renowned in their area of specialism and treat adults and children.

Endocrinology

The clinicians at OneWelbeck Endocrinology make up the largest group of sub-specialist leaders in the UK’s private sector. They are able to identify and treat the full spectrum of endocrine conditions, from the commonest to the rarest, such as: type 1 and type 2 diabetes; rare forms of diabetes; thyroid disease; adrenal conditions; pituitary gland disorders; and calcium, bone and metabolic disease.

Same- and next-day access to clinicians with expertise in a range of conditions means patients have prompt treatment, backed up by state-of-the-art technology. This comes in the shape of a dedicated dynamic testing area, so patients can undergo tests in comfort, and during one visit. With our Imaging & Diagnostics suite on-site, we’ve designed the entire patient experience to be as seamless as possible.

Women’s Health (opening summer 2020)

At our Women’s Health Centre, you’ll find a group of specialists in all gynaecological conditions and diseases, as well as those of the breast. The centre covers a range of services, including: preventative screening; cancer diagnosis and treatment; fertility and menopause management; aesthetics; minor breast and uro-gynaecological procedures; and day-case surgery. All of this is housed on the sixth floor at OneWelbeck, with stunning views over central London.
