Who are we? FACT Institute, Inc. is a private school providing the San Antonio community a facility that will educate, engage, and enrich the lives of children and young adults with special abilities ages 11 and up. (No aging out.) What is our Mission? Is to provide the San Antonio community a facility that will educate, engage, and enrich the lives of youth and adults with special abilities. We will provide private school services and adult learning in quantitative and qualitative courses. Focused entirely on students with special abilities ages 11-adult. What types of classes and courses do we provide? Daily Living (LCE), functional reading, functional math, social skills, communication, vocational training. In addition, life skills will also be taught in areas such as: Independent living, community outreach, decision making, problem solving, effective communication, interpersonal communication, self-awareness, coping with stress and emotion, behavioral preparedness.
