THE EYES HAVE IT Solid eye contact means looking at one person and finishing a thought. EXERCISE: Get in groups of four. First person is going to talk about their top business skill. The other three have their hands up. As the speaker starts talking, count silently to five, and only put your hand down when they’ve done five consecutive seconds.
